I went to Deer Park Auto Body for repair of a damaged tail gate on my Chevrolet pickup.
They were totally wonderful , professional and honest .
The repair was on time , the cost was as per the estimate and the finish time was exactly when they said it would be done .
The paint was a perfect match and the quality of work was premium.
After I picked up my pickup I realized that the receiver hitch for my boat was missing.
I thought I had removed it prior to taking it in but I called the shop to check to see if they happened to have it.
They couldn’t find it but checked their before and after pictures of the vehicle and told me it was on the truck when I brought it in and immediately said they would reimburse me for a new receiver.
Great shop, premium quality , personable professional but above all honest.
I would recommend them to anyone.

This shop is the best! I’ve had them do work three times on my car. Their customer service is outstanding. I’ve always been impressed with the results, as well as their pricing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail.

I had an older pick-up canopy that I wanted painted to match a newer pickup I had purchased. Few body shops in the Spokane area will even consider repainting a fiberglass canopy. I stopped by DPAB to inquire if they repainted canopies and not only did they, they quoted a price a third cheaper than the next lowest price! The work was done in two days, the paint match is awesome and the staff are some of the friendliest in Deer Park. Highly recommend.

My nephew took his car here for a simple repair, all they had to do was replace a bumper bracket. I have added pictures to show what it looks like AFTER going to Deer Park auto body. These people are not only incompetent but they are also extremely rude. When they called the owner to complain he yelled at them and hung up. That's no way to run a business. I will tell everyone I know about this. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR here!!

I'm very grateful and impressed with the 2 separate jobs Deer Park Auto Body has done for me! The attention to detail and professionalism has been 100% spot on!
When I found out that it could be 6-9mos to have my Volvo SUV repaired in NW MT, I searched for options North of Spokane. I was impressed the 1st time and went back to DPAB the next time I needed repair.
They know what they're doing, and they're nice people too! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Just an all around bad job. The paint doesn't match. The body lines don't match. The orange peel is horrendous. You can still see where the truck was hit on both doors. All they did was get me in faster then the other body shops could which is the only reason they get 2 stars.

Had my truck fixed by deerpark body shop at least 4 times they do amazing work but one thing thats odd is my brakes were going out bought new brakes had them install the brakes after a little bit they started making noise called them to report it only to tell me the caliper and rotor were shot so my question is why have me buy breaks then put them on knowing the rotor and caliper were toast?
