I left inland cellular over ten years ago. My experience with them was a nightmare. I said I’d never be back. Well… Shane Laib at the Dayton store convinced me to give them a try for my mobile hot spot and I cannot say enough about the above and beyond service I was provided by Shane. My return to inland cellular can only be attributed to Shane.

The house I recently moved into needed a change of location for the signal source, a change which involved some major exterior climbing and stringing of cables. Amiable store manager Shane Laib arranged for a date and made it happen as agreed--special kudos to technician Casey Jackson, who explained exactly what he was doing and why, was open to location suggestions, and went about his work quietly and efficiently, leaving the workplace and all the wiring tidy and the internet working perfectly. Such quality service combined with the competitive monthly price of internet use makes Inland Cellular (Emerge) a wise choice for me!

If you live in Dayton and are on​ the Fuel plan, make sure you know the exact operating hours of the store... On numerous occasions I have been unable to pay my bill because the store was closed on weekdays! Which resulted in a drive to Walla Walla to pay it, which cost fuel money....So my bill went up $15 with the added cost of driving....
