I've been using this drug store since I was 5/6 or so and am now 30.. if it wasn't for Elk Drug and the employees I would not have know, nor my mother, that I had an allergy to some meds, that I ended up trying because heck I didn't remember I was a child and sure enough, allergic. Thank you to the staff and pharmacists for paying attention and being so enjoyable!

They mess up your medication, then get mad at you when you ask for the medication that was prescribed to you. Nothing but small town BS here. I'm changing over to a real pharmacy.

Wonderful soda fountain! I had the best ? marshmallow malt for the first time in my life, and also I give one of the staff a thank you for their courteousy.

Gave my mom the wrong medication. she got very dizzy and confused. now I have to check all her meds each time to see if they're the right ones.

They are always rude, in person and on the phone. It took 5 times in order for someone to even answer. They have made a lot of mistakes with my moms meds and have for years. I'm relieved that I'm finally able to switch pharmacies to one in Walla Walla. When I called on the phone today she had an attitude in her tone of voice before I even started talking. I asked a simple question about how to transfer my meds to another pharmacy and she got condescending and talked over me. She told me I would have to call back to find out about a refill, then just said wait and put me on hold without letting me know that she was going to. Every interaction with this person is negative and it looks bad for Dayton.
