“It started with two different recommendations from people I didn't know. Next it was the friendly and helpful efforts from Whitney to get someone to me as quickly as possible while not over-promising (which another company already had done). Then Sparky got there and immediately started working the problem. The back wheel had a broken stabilizer bar he discovered so it was a challenge to drive or roll the truck forward without risking breaking the wheel components further. Needless to say as the truck owner I did not want the wheel to flail or come off completely leading to more damage and challenges getting the vehicle on the flatbed and fixed afterward. Sparky worked quickly to come up with a method that stabilized the wheel and got the truck on the bed without additional damage. A pro.
