Newest staff is pretty unfriendly (especially the new taller dude with glasses) compared to the super friendly, guy and gal that are usually behind the counter. Today I was sold
the wrong filter tips and the couple on staff refused to exchange them for me despite me still being inside the shop… Something was mumbled about store policy but the cuatomer service was unusually down tonight. Okay by me. I am more than happy to go out of my way and shop at the tried and true+mega friendly shop that is Walla Walla Cannabis Co.

Still the BEST Recreational Cannabis store I've ever been to! The customer service is top-notch and all employees are very knowledgeable. This past Sunday I went in and got to experience the coolest work energy between Matea and Tyler! It was such a feel good visit!!
