Tried to bid on HUD home. Michelle went into the website for HUD to submit the bid (7/21) and found that her company was not registered. After days of wasted time and bumbling, and HUD lowering the price on the home, Michelle finally got listing agent to submit bid with HIS company on Tuesday (7/24) afternoon. After sitting empty for over a year and on HUD’s site for months and on Zillow for weeks, we lost out on the home because someone bid on the same day we FINALLY got the listing agent, through Michelle, to submit our bid. Their bid won. It is my feeling that if the agency Michelle works for had been registered or the bid submitted on Saturday 7/21, Sunday 7/22 or Monday 7/23, the outcome would have been completely different and odds are, they would have been in my favor. It is for this reason I feel a 1 star rating is warranted. I would leave a 0 if possible.
