I was traveling the country and noticed a sound coming from the rear of my Tacoma. I knew I had to get it looked at and went to cornerstone since I was going to Vancouver BC. I talked to Kelley and expressed my concern and to see if the shop could inspect the rear ujoints. Although he was busy for the Labor Day weekend, he acknowledged that this was urgent so he did take my truck out for a test drive and confirmed the issue and recommended a few places that may help me.
His honesty and care for my situation is highly respected. I am grateful to have gone to him because he pointed me in the right direction-to Rich at driveline not far from him. If I lived here or anytime I come through, I’ll definitely go to Kelley for anything I need.

My car has been sitting there to be “fixed” for over 4 months now. He never calls me, I have to call him every time I want an update. Most of the time the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. My husband’s family has historically had a good time with him, but he’s been awful for us. He keeps saying he’ll help us get a good deal, but I haven’t had my car since January... at this point... doesn’t feel like any amount he says will be worth the extreme hassle this has been.
