“Jace was absolutely amazing!!! My mother and I were on a road trip when our sunroof shattered over the top of us. We called ahead to see if they could help us make a temporary fix so we could continue our 3 day road trip and on his day off he offered to meet us at the shop and help make a fix. Jace made a creative fix to keep the hole closed and the glass to not cut the tape and was extremely kind the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!! “Four years ago my 4Runner was hit (and ran) in the mall parking lot; Small Town Auto Body was incredibly helpful with the insurance process and did an excellent job fixing the damage. Today I took my car in for an exterior detail, including paint correction for all the little chips from PNW winter driving. Once again they did a fantastic job; my car looks new, the price was so great I tipped the guys, and they sent me home with a small container of paint in case I needed to do any touchups before my next visit. These guys are highly qualified, friendly, professional, helpful, and accommodating (I had to reschedule my appointment very last minute). I cannot recommend them enough!!Services: Painting”

“Webers towing, Jeff, came to the rescue. I had waited over 24hours for my car to be picked up from the initial towing company and they never came through. State Farm got ahold of webbers towing and I received instant excellent customer service from them. Jeff called me before State Farm authorized the tow and gave me the an eta on pick up and confirmed my info. Jeff was in constant communication with me and picked up my car within 2 hours of his original call. Very generous and helpful, I recommend Jeff at Webers Towing.”
“The staff is always friendly. Didn't appreciate the last time I was there when I got told that because I didn't have my warranty paperwork in my vehicle for my tires that they may not be able to help replace a tire. Also was told that I didn't have them rotated properly which would cause warranty to be invalid. (They are the only ones who have rotated them since purchase) Was then told all of my tires were about 30psi over what they shoukd have been and that was going to void my warranty. Still ended up having to pay $80+ bucks and wait 3 hours to have a tire put on and rotated.I've never had any issues until this last time.”
