“Wanted to shout out the amazing Ms. Cynthia as the light of my day! Walked into LB today with zero confidence that I would find something for an up coming interview. When asked was there a certain event that brought me in I did my normal “ no, I’m ok just looking” that I always do because I usually want to be left alone to find the some plain old things I always pick ??♀️ well not today! Ms. Cynthia swooped in and asked me all the right questions to get me to open up and with in minutes I was in a dressing room. I was trying on clothing I would have never picked out for myself! “Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“I freaking love Torrid. The employees are super helpful, the sales are great, clearance section usually has some good stuff. This particular location seems to have less clearance items (especially underclothes) than the other Torrid I have been to, but that isn't this locations fault it any way.”

“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”

But the sizing is really weird, I got an XL in men’s PJ bottoms, and when I tell you they were so tight on me… I weigh 143, so there was NO WAY a MENS XL could be so tight around my waist, but it was, idk if they mixed up there whole stores sizing, but their PJ bottoms, honestly these XL’s should either be in smalls or medium cause this isn’t an XL this is a MEDIUM or SMALL. I’m not mad cause it was 10$ but common your sizing is for people who have anorexia, there’s noooo way it’s not.”

“My wife was long overdue for a shopping trip and we went in to Chicos and the sales associate was incredible. She really helped my wife find some great items to freshen up her wardrobe. Her name is Gabrielle and she really went above and beyond to make my wife feel comfortable with every item she tried on. Gabrielle was honest on what looked good and what didn't with no rush or pressure to buy anything. We left with 7 items and my wife was very happy. Well done Gabrielle and Chicos. Yodit assisted me with purchasing a Wicked Crossbody purse and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. She guided me through the process and made sure I got my discount, which I really appreciated. Yodit’s friendly and attentive service made my experience memorable and enjoyable. “Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at this location, in particular, Jennifer. We came in to exchange items from an online order because once again I couldn’t get the size correct for my teenager’s unusual proportions. We’ve been struggling to find the right size for the last couple years with little success. We’ve gone in to try to get her measured properly at the store next door a while ago but were simply handed a tape measure and told they don’t do that anymore. Jennifer at Soma, on the other hand, actually took the time to properly measure. She also pulled out several different styles as that, she explained, may affect fit and comfort too. She was quite patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much from a grateful mother and a now less self-conscious and frustrated teenager who thought she would be comfortable only in sports bras.”

We came in a little before the store was closing. it was busy but she was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to find the dress in the window my 14 year old’s size! M.J. and Lanell helped me today and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Lanell stepped in to help at the registers when a line started to form so my checkout was fast and efficient.”
