I have had the worst experience with the Chinese pharmacist at w Walgreens in Covington. A few times she shorted my medications, so many times I have to call to confirm they received my prescription that was sent over from my doctor. Antibiotics took 2 or 3 days to fill. The last incident was my eye doctor sent eye drop prescription on 03/06/24. I stopped by and they did not fill it. I was told she need to order it and come back tomorrow. I asked her why it was not fille? Her answer was "I don't know " Her fucking job is to fill the prescription as it comes in. Now it has been 8 days. Walgreens should hire a capable pharmacist.

The pharmacy is terrible. The older gentleman is very nice but unfortunately we rarely see him. The older woman is so rude and unhelpful and either hates her job or is just unhappy everyday. We've had multiple issues at this pharmacy from 'refilling too early' (not according to our insurance and medical provider) we've also had issues paying for prescriptions out of pocket when our insurance lapsed for a short time. They said we weren't able to? Every interaction is unpleasant. Will be moving to another pharmacy for all of our families needs do not recommend

My husband just got back, he asked for a baby medicine syringe so we can give our sick kid at home his medicine. They refused to give him one but happily directed him to some over priced ones with the bulb end that aren't what he was looking for at all. They have hundreds of those things back there and wouldn't give one to a desperate dad. POS place. Lucky I wasn't there because I'm not as nice as him.

I've never had a worse experience at a pharmacy. Every time I spoke to someone they were rude and told me different things every time, so either they are liars or are incompetent.Dirtiest store in Covington, pharmacy is full of rude and unhelpful people who treat you as an annoyance when you ask why it takes 3 weeks to fill a prescription. It's the only place in town I don't feel safe. This place is awful

i have had the worst service at this location! customer service is terrible. I was waiting in line today before 1:30 they helped the person in front of me and thw lady looked at me put the sign up for lunch and didn't help me!!!! so rude!! always out ofmeds, they don't fill prescriptions when they come in you have to ask them to after it's ALREADY called in! so bad all around! have some accountability!

Employees at check out were rude and gave us dirty looks, constantly looking at the other people in line, making ugly faces at us, for no reason. Even though I said thank you and was nice, they acted like it was an absolute chore for me to shop there. Will not be back.

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy, but lately it's been terrible. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for 20 years and today we went to get a standard pain reliever filled for my father after a medical procedure. He would need it within a couple of hours before the local wore off, but they couldn't even give us an idea of what time it might be ready or that it would even be ready today. We went across the street to the Fred Meyer pharmacy. He had never had a prescription filled there before, but they had him set up in their system and his prescription filled within 20 minutes. We've been having trouble with the pharmacy here now for a couple of months. We've had doctors leave voice messages that are not returned, and prescriptions that we wait for days and need to continually follow up on. After all these years, I'm done with Walgreens.

Great customer service, unlike other times it was quick and easy to find my stuff. Employees were very nice and chatty! Will come back again.

RiteAide pharmacy closed and I was transferred to Walgreens. Walgreens rates a zero for customer service, cannot fill prescriptions, do not answer calls, etc, I have to find another source.

I wish I could rate the store and pharmacy separately because I have nothing but good things to say about the store employees but not so nice things about the pharmacy.We had our prescriptions sent over due to the rite aid closure and it has been nothing but problems. First it's not covered by ins, which was a lie, then it's a fill too early but when I looked up the ins claim, it said they filled it. So they 'fixed it' and it would be ready by 11am the next day. We go to get it the next day and it's back to refill too early.I understand that this transition has been hard on them but there are better ways to handle customer service.

Refused coadministration of flu and Moderna booster in same arm. Worse yet, refused to consider that they might be wrong about the CDC guidance. If they can’t get this right, what else are they getting wrong? Complete waste of time.

They won’t accept Molina, and if you have Molina but want to pay out of pocket—you still can’t. Horrible pharmacy.
