“To first start out, the online experience was something new to me and it was very convenient to have, when you don't want to physically drive to a dealership. Enterprise might not have a huge inventory of cars, but with a little research and looking around, you might surprisingly find the right car. They do their best to update their inventory as often as possible and when you see a vehicle "in certification," then that means it is being checked out before being available for sale.During the time I was looking online, I was being helped by Ana (Sales Consultant) and Devin (Senior Sales Manager) via email, after submitting an application. They both went through the process of what vehicles I was interested in and when you let them know what you want, they will complete the application process to see what you qualify for. I then received a call from Ana or Devin, with both of them introducing themselves once again and going through what I was qualified for. They throughly made sure everything was correct and if they missed anything to confirm or review. After everything was confirmed, it was time to go in-person to meet them and the vehicle of my choice(s).Upon arriving, I was already familiar with the location since I have rented a vehicle from there before, just now working with a different side of the building. When going into Enterprise, it was very clean and inviting, as there was somebody to greet me. From there, got to meet Ana personally and from there, we went right into business with the vehicle I was interested in. During the process, Devin came in and introduced himself once again to formally welcome me at this location. Ana made sure all information was correct, then brought the vehicle for me to take a look and out of the many decent amount of vehicles they had in their lot, I went with the 2021 Volkswagen Altas and it was amazing to look at, both interior and exterior! After looking at the Volkswagen, I wanted to take a look at other vehicle they had on the lot and Ana was very patient with me, telling me to take me time. After taking a look around, made the definite decision on getting the Atlas. Went through the complete application process, signed all necessary documentation and once everything was good to go, I officially got my car!A couple days after I purchased my vehicle, brought it back in for Devin to take a look at because for some reason the remote start was not working. So Devin told me to bring it on it to see if something could be done with their technician team or it would have to go to the dealership. After waiting a couple hours, it was finally working and it was just due to the coding of the vehicle, which was reset.In the end, I honestly had the best experience with both Devin and Ana, so if you get to have a chance to interact with them, you are in the best hands! They both were understanding, professional, patient and VERY transparent, which you do not get at a lot of dealerships. They made the experience for both online and in-person smooth and stress-free. In my experience with Enterprise, I would highly recommend going to this location to find your vehicle, if you choose to do so or if the options are there for you.”

“As someone who works in the auto industry, I usually get lots of red flags when buying cars. Martin was only green flags from beginning to end. We showed up on a Thursday night to test drive, and Martin gave us the keys for the Crosstrek that we were looking at, and told us to bring it back when we were done. No sales pressure, and he didn't ask to go with us. My husband and I took it around Auburn, and on the highway to ensure that everything worked as it should. We were able to truly test drive it and not feel any pressure. We pulled into an empty parking lot and opened every door, the hood and the hatch. We checked EVERYTHING without some nosy salesman over our shoulder. It gave us an opportunity to experience the car the way that you would when you got it home. The Crosstrek had been in an accident, so before we had gotten there, Martin had sent me the Carfax, photos of the damage, and all other pertinent information so that my husband and I knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. The car drives like a dream, and the repair work from the accident is beautiful. The frame is straight, the paint match on the new panels is perfect, and the gaps between the panels are as aligned as they were when they were new. My husband and I came back on Saturday after thinking everything over and finishing up the money situation, and Martin greeted us again with a smile. Over the weekend, Martin was answering all of my questions via phone calls and texts, and was incredibly patient with us. Before we got the keys, he put a full tank of gas in the car, and got it washed and the interior vacuumed. The paperwork part of the transaction was easy since Martin filled everything out for us, and explained each document and what it meant. Now that we've had the car for a few days, and I've had time to deeply look into the repairs, I can say that I'm even more pleased. The care that was put into this car is evident, and I'm so excited to have it for the adventures that my husband and I are planning to go on. He was really good about texting and calling to answer questions and keep me informed.We already had papers going and were able to set up a time to come and test drive the truck. The truck was really nice and we were happy with what we got.It's a small lot, but family owned and they try to work with you.I do wish they'd put more diesel in the trucks to keep the pumps from having to work so hard, and so I didn't have to worry about getting it to the gas station.”

“My first thought in leaving this review.. was …is there a word limit?! Haha!So on October 17th, 2023 just a mere 13 days ago, I reached out to Supreme Motors about a car I saw online.. that was absolutely too good to be true.Now I live on the opposite side of Washington, a good 5 hours away without weather or traffic. So I knew I would have to take an entire day off to come check the car out. But the soonest that could happen was 9 days later, so I let them know that and that I would never expect them to “hold” a car for me.. let alone anyone else and Jeff one of the owners reached out and said to keep in contact with him and if it was still there the day before then it was meant to be. <3So, I did exactly that. I reached out, and guess what.. it was still there! So I made the 5 hour trek over the mountains to see if this car was truly meant to be. When I arrived I was greeted by the ever so lovely Ethan and was introduced to Pat the other owner who was also very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and a fellow Coug!Ethan walked me through all the gadgets of this amazing Audi, and just sat and talked with me. What a wonderful young man, not pushy.. not over eager, but truly kind and knowledgeable in customer service. (Ethan, if you’re new.. I couldn’t tell because you have a wonderful personality and demeanor about you!)Needless to say I fell in love with the car, they helped me arrange shipping for it.. and it will be here tomorrow! Eeek! So excited! Anyways, I digressed. :-)My husband and I were pre-approved for a loan, knew exactly what we wanted and the entire “transaction” was seamless and smooth.During the time as paperwork was being drawn up and worked on, Jeff the other owner I was talking to via email came in on his day off with his sweet little girl to meet me and see what I thought of the car. My goodness, that sweet girl was such a doll, and Jeff is very kindhearted. We chatted for a bit, and I even “babysat” for his daughters babydoll.. even if it was only for 10 seconds. :-)I could tell Jeff, Pat and all who work at Supreme Motors truly love their work, treat their customers with kindness, respect and paying it forward. So far the only issue we have had is the exact thing he told us( the water heater had leaked). Otherwise this thing has been mechanically sound and everything works really well! Shopping for used motorhomes was really stressful and he made it a lot better! I highly recommend this place. Also the price was really fair.”

It took us a lot of searching around to find one that isn't just going to sell us a lemon and/or sell us a car that is temporarily fixed until it lemons out again. So when we came to Priceless Auto Sales it has been such a relief. They were so transparent about the vehicle: gave us the Carfax for free and plugged the car reader in so we could check for any problems. When there were a couple minor issues we weren't so thrilled with, they offered to fix it. After speaking with them, you know they're not out here just scamming people. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a vehicle.”
