  Melissa Fletchall was fabulous, she took her time and we looked at so many houses. She was honest with us from the beginning. She helped us by pointing out what we should look for etc. When we had a problem with our first lender, she immediately recommended Julie Johnson work Wallick and Volk. When we had issues with our title company, she made calls and for that sorted out quickly working worth our lender. When we found our house that checked all our boxes, she went to work and made us get the home we fell in love with. She handled everything for us and we are so appreciative of her. Thank you so much

  This is a post that is very near & dear to my heart. I WILL be the first one to tell you all that Melissa goes above and truly beyond the call of duty. Let me begin by stating that she wasn't even our realtor who sold us our house she was actually the SELLERS! That's what makes this post so humbling and beautiful. We bought this house that we currently are in and had a huge ordeal with our back-and-forth realtor NOT what you want to have when your committing to a huge investment am I right!? (trust me I know)We had a huge storm come through our neighborhood, fairly new house's and long story short an attorney needed a specific document we never received during closing. I was anxiety ridden with having to call my realtor because I knew she wasn't going to help, if she wasn't very helpful then, I don't see why she would be now. Yup! No help-dead end. Then I called her realtor company, still no help. Then I called the builders, no help-dead end again, THEN I called Melissa, and THATS when she made magic happen.She suggested I call the recorders office, and to follow up if that didn't work, and still you know what she did... She went the entire way of contacting the previous buyers just WHO DOES THAT now days... MELISSA DOES, our family's HERO! She gave our entire family a sense of peace and comfort in a situation that was filled with anxiety & fear. Then, to go even further even after the document and all that, guess what else Melissa did you guys, she said if I can even help with anything within my ability to, please let me know. WHO DOES THAT!? (Melissa does!)I'm incredibly thankful for her and her work, you guys she even came to my home and dropped off those documents- again & again how amazing is that! Melissa is the #1 person we will use without any shadow of doubt when we sell our home.So I end my post with telling you, Melissa thank you SO very much for doing everything in your power to help our family and even though we had chaos in the beginning of it all, I'm so thankful for all that because without, gosh we would've never had the chance to meet! THANK YOU MELISSA, YOUR AWESOME!
