“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“Recently I used this company to ship handmade rugs to relatives out-of-state. They did a stellar job: always answering the phone, picking the rugs up from the rug cleaning establishment, crating them for safety (they can only be rolled, not folded), and getting them to their destination safely. I have also used this company to ship delicate scientific equipment. And they have done it well: equipment arrived at their destination in the condition they were in to begin with. This is a trustworthy company. Perhaps not the least expensive, but definitely worth it to get such valuable items to their destinations safely and intact.”

“The reason it's not a 10 is that I had placed the order early in the day on Tuesday and received confirmation that my project would be ready 8pm that evening. I went in on Wednesday at noon and my project wasn't ready. The person working in the print center said she could get it ready but I'd have to wait for 30 minutes. It's a long drive from where I work to Staples and I had tried to squeeze the pick-up into my lunch hour, so neither waiting 30 minutes for the project nor making a second trip was a reasonable option for me.The reason I'm giving this an 8 instead of a 4 or 5 is that the store manager was amazing. I was clearly upset and she not only refunded my money, but personally finished my project for me - it was ready within 5 minutes instead of 30. She totally diffused my escalating temper and even though I didn't ask for a refund, she acknowledged that they didn't have it ready within the guaranteed window and refunded me anyway. I wish I had made note of her name, but I'm happy to have this opportunity to share my satisfaction with her conflict resolution skills.”

I had just come from a negative experience at the Landing Staples store, so it was refreshing to be treated respectfully and with kindness. The young employee was the only one working the copy and print section, and there were a lot of people waiting, but she handled each one with patience and respect. 207 W Kent Station St Suite 107, Kent“My old employer emailed me a paid shipping label and some very sparse instructions on how to send my computer back to the mothership via FedEx Office. Many of my coworkers had already experienced varying degrees of success sending back their gear--ranging from having to hustle around to different stores, to convincing skeptical FedEx workers that yes, the company said to charge them for packaging, to outright hostility and a near fistfight (story possibly exaggerated for effect).
So I was pleasantly surprised when the worker at this location (I wish I'd caught her name!) listened to my situation and simply said "No problem, I can do that." She measured and weighed the items, figured out how to cobble together an odd-sized box for the merchandise, printed me a tracking receipt and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed by her professionalism and efficiency--a rare thing in customer service these days.”

“I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!”
