Where to begin... I use the drive up and go service multiple times a week. It has been very underwhelming and not convenient. They have forgot to mark my order complete 2 times. I have to call in to see what the issue has been and why thing were delayed. I understand people make mistakes but there's more. They left a scanner in our vehicle and wanted us to come back. We live 20 minutes away so it's a total of 40 minutes there and back. They forgot 17 items on my last order... it turned out to be all the refrigerator items. I had to drive back and get them. When I arrived I called and no one answered (as usual). I have asked to speak to the store manager and he refused to come talk to me. He said just give her what she wants. This was Jason. Chris has been the only competent one that knows what he is doing. He should be in charge of this store.
I shop deals and bargains online by clipping deals. If they are out of one item and its a buy 2 get $1 off then i need 2 items. Instead they will pull 1 item and say they dont have the other. I then get stuck paying full price. Desiree has told me she can't see when things are on sale in my order. I understand the for u deals are not displayed but I'm pretty sure the store deals are displays on the shelves. 3 items were marked out of stock and no substitution was offered on my order. I went inside and checked, all 3 items were there. The order picker told me they just restocked everything in the last 2 hours. ? She straight lied to my face. I worked in a grocery store for years. Milk was still not stocked and bread was not stocked. They magically came in and stocked just mine.
I hope they improve soon. It has been terrible dealing with all this. Also quit using so many bags and charging us for them. I don't need 15 bags. Most bags with 3 or less items in them. They are minimum 2.5 mil plastic and can hold more weight.

Expired. Produce quick to go bad. Poor experience.
New to Washington and was looking for a new grocery store to try, won’t be coming back. I was staying at our new home and had to come here several times to get produce. The majority of my produce items had complications.
New mushrooms had hidden mold on the bottom of the package, fruit went bad within x2 days, and so did the veggies. Taking my groceries elsewhere

Needed to check out with 1 item at 12:30 pm on 4/28/24. Only one checkstand was open with a line backed up to the ailes. Went to self checkout and only two kiosks were operational and both customers having issues with scanners
Self check out also had a long lime that was backed up. After 20 minutes of waiting with nobody calling for assistance at check out, I put back my item and left.

The young girl in the deli gives small amount of chicken. I ask for mixed which was 10.99 ,she said they are out of breast instead gave me thighs and legs. But then still charge me for the price of mixed. It should have been the refular 8 piece price.

I have ALWAYS had such an issue with the Deli department. Constantly being ignored or they are short staffed or whatever their reasoning is, the customer service in the deli is god awful. The deli department is by far the worst part of my shopping trips followed by the constant lack of inventory. Like they never really recovered from Covid. I started going to a Fred Meyer cause although their prices are not better at least I know they will have what I need.

Had an issue with our rewards and Daniel went above and beyond to make it right, refunded and re ran the whole order and never rushed us or made us feel bad for wanting to get it right.

10/10 do not recommend working here. I worked here for over a year and i don't know why i stayed so long. The management treats you like shit no matter what you do, you have to constantly deal with homeless stealing and being around the store. I even had to deal with a group of people trying to shoot it up cause they got caught stealing. I was a courtesy clerk and I felt VERY unsafe being outside getting carts alone at night due to all the homeless sleeping on the sides of the store. At 16 i was forced to clean up drug paraphernalia in the bathrooms after homeless being in there.
