Today I was told by the fat male attendant to go find another place to buy bark. Been going here since they opened and can't believe how poorly it's run now. Long lines that don't move do to lazy attendant talking with coworkers in the scale shack. Who tells customers to go somewhere else. Never again! Went to Pacific topsoil and was greeted by friendly staff, loaded promptly and thanked for my business.

This place is actually owned by Girard Resources and is a great local place to go for rock, sand, dirt, or other material for home landscaping projects. Staff is friendly and prompt, prices are reasonable and the delivery option for larger loads of material are quick and painless. Great place for resources.

The wait times and organization of getting loaded seems to have no rhyme or reason. Expect to wait a bit to get loaded. Doesn't matter when you came in they will load you when they come upon you. For the prices they are charging, it's not reflected in the service.

These guys close at 4:45 they're lazy. Son's of Bushels!!!!! One tiny yard scoop of cedar chips is all they needed to do and it was 10 minutes to 5:00 and they couldn't even accommodate that. They're lazy, don't go there!!! If you're close to 5:00, they won't serve you.

Business hours posted 5pm close. I pull into the yard at 453pm and the scale girl is already at the gates saying we close at 445pm and they can't load me. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back here.

Always shorted on yardage.Something struck a cord, they now after my review, refuse my business. Lol very professional. To be honest the materials are good, some premium. Price should reflect this not padded by nefarious means.

5 STARSThe girl who runs the scale (Sam) is what my ticket said. She's very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Not only does she do her best to get customers through the scale she also loads customers in a timely fashion. Thank you for all your help Sam! Keep up your hard work!

What a difference a move will make. For years I got the dark mulch in Fall City. I decided to drive out and grab a truck load at the new location.Long wait at the scale, mulch appeared to be “black” mulch. However when I got it down it basically brown chunky bark! Tons of rocks, blue plastic, glass. I’m sure they will laugh at this review. But I won’t be back and neither will my neighbors who loved the previous product.
