Brought our Golden in for grooming for the second time. Our dog gets anxious in new places, especially if we can't be with her, but Brissa does a great job and puts her at ease.

The store has a decent selection but on multiple occasions most recently this morning I asked for help on three separate occasions and the staff said they were too busy grooming dogs and there was no one that could help me I wandered around the store again asked me for help and left when I saw a gaggle of employees chatting and laughing at the register some of whom I had asked for help in fitting a harness.

Love the way the young lady couldn’t help me with my pacos nails cause of him being anxious but she gave me helpful info. Thanks for taking the time to always acknowledge me. Lately so many csr just want to get you out but she took the time to give me new insight. ?

Friendly service and the store is clean. Unfortunately, the store is small, so it does not have a wide variety of pet supplies.

Grooming stylist Jessica is amazing! I am bringing my dog to this location even though it is a 30-minute drive as it is worth this effort. My dog always looks amazing after the service there.

We have been going to Amy for a few months now for puppy/dog training classes. It has been a great experience especially being our first time having a pet. We are so thankful and grateful we found her. She's very knowledgeable and does an excellent job in teaching not only our dog but to our whole family especially on how to handle certain dog behaviors. Her classes are always fun and informative. My kids adore her. Keep up the great work Amy! I will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
