Just about the time you think the parts guys couldn't get any dumber.. they step up the game.
I was looking for a non detergent motor oil. This type of oil is used in motorcycles and ATV so as not to damage the clutch plates in a wet clutch. Not one of the four counter people knew what I was talking about. I finally found the oil I needed across from the standard motor oil. It would help if you hired people with some basic knowledge. They stock the shelves, don't they? They just don't know with what.

I came in for wiper blades for my Honda Civic. Scott helped me select the ones I wanted. He then came out and put them on for me. He was personable, efficient and gave great customer service. It's wonderful to be able to see out my windshield again!!

I was sold defective fuses for my car's headlights. Bought the fuses and replaced them and it didn't fix my issue. Took my car to a mechanic and they fixed the problem which was the same fuse I replaced purchased from this bs store. I even told the manager and he accused me of installing it improperly. It's like Lego's to install a fuse. Mac is the manager and he's careless and doesn't man up for improper defects coming from this bs store. Don't shop here. It's Napa from now on.

I went in to get windshield wipers today. Asked the manager for help to put them on and he said just look at the attachments. What the heck.On the website it says they do wipers for you. Not the best
