Friendly and helpful staff. They have freeze-dried salmon as well! I'm not sure why, but their prices are a little cheaper for the bagged dog treats than other mud bays I've visited.

Good selection, but pretty pricey. I used to love Mud Bay but like a lot of companies out there they're catering to the WOKE crowd and I just can't deal with the politics anymore. I'd rather drive over to Rieber Ranch to give money to a company who leaves political garbage out of pet ownership.

Wow was I totally impressed with this Mud Bay. Their staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The store is well stocked with an incredible selection (even for cats!) super clean, neat, and well organized. There is simply no comparison with any other pet store in the area. And yes, their prices are very reasonable too.Finally, I was asked if I was a new customer and if I had I ever been in before, which I had not. I was gifted with a handwritten "Welcome" note (on very nice stationary) with a generous coupon.Please consider supporting this business, they absolutely deserve it!

I am the brand new puppy owner of a labradoodle. I am way in over my head and had a plethora of questions. (many of them stupid/silly). Thank God for this person who greeted me with alacrity at this store. I didn't catch their name, but this person had a Wonder Woman tattoo on her arm. This person was patient, friendly took the time to learn my pet's name, and answer all of my questions and offered so much advice. Mud Bay in Covington is my new go to for all things puppy related. Thank you for all of your help. 5/5 stars

I came in on the day that my dog was going to be put down to spoil my pup. The employees were extremely sensitive to my emotional state and assisted me in selecting the most premium items for her last day. This store showed incredible kindness and I look forward to shopping here again when I am ready.Thank you mud bay.

Been coming to this location for about 9 months. The employees are always very warm and welcoming, but we come for the great selection of high quality and natural products. Be careful though, we usually stop in just for food or litter and come out with treats and toys galore. It's very easy to go ham and spoil your babies here.
