Was looking for a specific color combo they didn't carry and Anthony went and tried to build custom to what I wanted, he could tell it wasn't exactly what I wanted and was low pressure sale only wanted a happy customer and encouraged me to check online and order direct to get something I would be happy with. He's a real pro and will take good care of anyone who walks through that door. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase here and from him in the future.”
“I'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was searching everywhere for the Nike SB RealTree Dunks. These were manufactured in 2010 so they're hard to find. Most of what I saw online was beat up and way overpriced. I finally did a Google image search and saw Tribute had a pair for sale. I bought them over the weekend and they boxed them up right away and mailed them. When they arrived and I opened the package I was stunned. They came with the Original box, original shoe strings and the shoes were practically brand new. It's rare to find a business this good these days. Even though I'm in New Mexico, I'll be back online to purchase more stuff from them in the future. Too bad they don't give bonus stars because these folks deserve one. 1000% satisfied!”
“First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.”

“I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping yesterday. I have never bought a pair of jeans from buckle before, so when it came to style, wash, low rise, high rise, I had no idea what I wanted. The most amazing, kind, and helpful employee named Devin stayed with me for at least an hour bringing me so many different styles. She even tried on some of the same jeans with me so I could see how they fit from a different perspective. She did nothing but hype me up, and was honest with me when it came to what looked best on my body type. Never in my life have I felt so confident and comfortable in a pair of jeans, let alone with any employee I’ve come across. THIS GIRL SERIOUSLY DESERVES A RAISE!!! She’s genuine, kind, helpful, and made my shopping experience so much fun (I’m usually stressed and overwhelmed when shopping) but something about her made me feel at peace. “I ended up visiting 2 stores looking for my daughter's present. The first Zumiez was located in Kent Shopping Plaza, and they were extremely helpful. Albeit, they didn't have what I was looking for; the young lady inside was able to locate the exact style and size of Converses my daughter wanted and placed them on hold at the other store which was located in Southcenter. Upon arrival there, the young man was also very helpful in locating the item that was placed on hold and my daughter's face lit up with joy. So, thank you, Zumiez staff, for helping to make this a really good Christmas for us.”
“So remember back in the day everyone used to wear Tommy, Nautica and Polo? I still wear tommy but only the jackets lmao. I came in here with the intensions of not buying anything. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”
“I went to the mall today. Purchased some items. I just wanted to say the customer service was excellent! The SA was very helpful and professional. Just as good as the Luis vuitton store. “I was shopping at EB today and I noticed an older lady came in to make an exchange and overhearing as I was nearby, it seemed quite complicated for her. The manager named Judith was so kind and patient, taking the time to ensure everything worked out so she could make an exchange. I was glad to see that common human decency still exists.”
“I came for a pickup order and the lady that welcomed us in was so nice and friendly. i don't usually shop here but i just now realized how i've been sleeping on them as a clothing brand. they have the cutesttttt dresses ever. overall great experience. the lady also let me try on my dress before so i could make sure it fit me right. def recommend this location”
“Went to footlocker today with the intention of getting some sneakers, namely the Jordan 11 shoes that dropped today. Normally, I've never had any issues until today. I walk in, they get them out the back, I try them on, and then they set them up front behind the register for me to buy upon leaving. I then proceed to the register and they said the ones I got were the last size to be held for someone for later and I couldn't buy them aka some "raffle" process that I have no idea of how that even works as I have never encountered this situation before.
It was about 4 PM or so, and they said I could come back at 5 PM, but I needed to get back home for dinner as such.
As a result, I get my time wasted on trying something on I couldn't even buy and made for an awkward moment. They also lost nearly $200 of business from me and, most importantly, did not explain the situation very well if at all and did not give me insight to how this "raffle" process works. It seemed there was a breakdown in communication which could have prevented this awkward situation and no one seemed to take ownership of this mistake and try to accommodate me as the customer beyond telling me to come back a 5 PM, which wasn't happening as I mentioned earlier.
As with anything in life, you can do great but the real test is when mistakes like this happen and can really put a bad taste in people's mouths, especially when there's no integrity to own up to the screw up and try to accommodate the customer and work the problem.”
