Josiah was absolutely amazing in helping us find a bed. Me and my girlfriend went in and he was not pushy what so ever. Very knowledgeable, extremely nice and was just an overall amazing experience. We didn’t really know what we wanted going into it and he helped us out extremely in finding a nice bed perfect for both of our needs. Would 100% come back again. 10/10 experience. Shout out to Josiah you got an amazing salesman on your hands.

Josiah was fantastic! My wife and I came in with very specific needs to help with back pain and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions, guided us to try over ten different mattress types and sizes, and helped us find the best mattress within our very limited budget, which we’re confident will serve us very well for years to come!

Came in to try out some pillows since the one we had at home was causing some neck pain. Chelsea was really knowledgeable and asked about my sleeping positions + what kind of mattress we had at home before bringing me a few different types of pillows to try out with the same mattress in the store.
The process was seamless and I found myself making a decision quicker than I normally would, all thanks to Chelsea’s help!

Our sleep expert Colin was so professional. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect mattress and frame. Colin took time to educate us about the various types of mattresses and about how they are built. He also showed us the adjustable bed frames and he demonstrated how they could help us get much better sleep. He did a terrific job and we are excited about our purchase!

Most comfortable buying experience we have had. Chelsea knew her products and was able to explain the pros and cons of all types of mattresses. Asked lots of questions and listened to our responses to recommend the best options. FANTASTIC customer service.

I went to a few mattress stores today to find a new mattress. I have been sleeping on my current mattressnsince I was a kid. So when I went looking around I had no idea what to expect. Nothing really stood out to me until I went to the Covington Mattress firm. Josiah was the mattress expert! He had loads of information to tell me about beds and helped me find my perfect one and hiw I should be sleeping. He gave me some nice discounts but ultimately he did a really good job and sold me on a memory foam queen size bed and the deluxe base that goes into zero gravity and actually massages! I wasn't expecting to get this kind of set up but Josiah helped me realize that having a good sleep on your back is better than side sleeping and this bed and base will help correct my sleeping. Overall Josiah was very personable and helpful. I well recommend everyone to go to him for any mattress needs.
