The best phlebotomists I've seen! Both my son and I are lousy bleeders. We have trouble getting blood draws at other labs. This one is one that consistently has good experiences!Yes, the wait times are long even when you schedule appointments, so pack your patience, but I love the phleb team here!

I've had my blood drawn 3-4x now at Labcorp in Covington by Maurice, and if I have a choice I will go back there everytime I need it done. Maurice is super professional, friendly and is, by far, the best blood draw person I've ever had (and I'vehad plenty of bad and subpar to compare to). I recommend him to anyone that needs bloodwork done, without reservation. Its generally painless, quick, and he has never missed on me (and my veins are challenging). He truly is gifted.

Maurice is very skilled and friendly, my blood draws are as painless as possible and he always cracks a joke or two to make blood draws more pleasant. I am uneasy in medical settings from past experiences but I’m never afraid to get my labs done by Maurice.

Located on 2nd floor past the initial reception desk to the left. They were quick and efficient- you sit in a chair (heads up). Besides the initial sting, it's easy and they were gentle. This is coming from someone who just the thought of drawing blood can make them pass out. You are in good hands.

Maurice is absolutely the only tech I allow to do my blood work! My veins aren't good and he is so patient and won't poke till he knows he finds the perfect vein and he is always so nice and funny!! He's amazing and if you get poked over and over anywhere else then i would definitely go let him have a shot at it! Thank you so much Maurice for making my blood work not so bad

I applied to a job a week ago each time I call to check on my application the male receptionist that answers tells me to call HR but can never provide a number email or site to contact them at. When asked to speak with a supervisor the receptionist says they have no leadership there. Sort of a huge red flag and very bad customer service provided.

I absolutely only go to Maurice! No one else can ever get my vein! They always try multiple times but with him, he is so patient and helps calm my anxiety! I don't know what I would do if he ever left! He is the absolute best!!

Not a fan of Labcorb, am a huge fan of the employee who drew my blood on the first attempt like an Olmypian playing an Olympic sport. I was in and out with no torture. So, company not the greatest, employee was deserving of a tip

I'm not sure why this location is reported as closed, it's not. I've been going to this lab regularly for the last 7+ years and haven't had any issues. Checking in is pretty self explanatory. I'm not sure why people are complaining about lack of signage/direction. It's pretty simple if you actually read. I've had to wait 15 minutes at most and I usually walk right to the lab after my doctor's visit. There are generally 2 people working, so people should be understanding of wait times. Also, not every patient is going to be in and out in two seconds (me, I have a phobia of needles and am prone to passing out). Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Maurice is literally the only person who can draw my blood with no issue. I hope this location stays open because they are the best!

I get that there is usually a wait for lab testing in the morning but this was just bad scheduling. When I went there was no less than 20 people waiting. So don't plan on being able to do anything else for awhile around your appointment. On top of it, there is no signage about what you're expected to do and the staff acts like you are stupid for their lack of signage and poor planning. I would literally go anywhere else to get labs done.

They never answer calls and there's no "on hold" Option it just sends you to a Machine. Which wouldn't be THAT big an issue if they didn't FORCE you to listen to some terrible intro talk that lasts a ridiculous amount of time just to be skipped to a voicemail.

Tried to come get a blood draw for my toddler and single person on staff was miserable, unfriendly, unhelpful, and couldn't accomplish the draw even when I hold them completely still. Ridiculous waste of time.

UPDATE: made another appointment for today, 12/27, and still no one is here, but signs on the door say they’re open. Please do not come to this Labcorp location.Showed up for my 3:30 appointment today (for which I had an email confirmation), and the building was locked and no one was there. Tried calling the location and leaving messages to no avail. Tried calling Labcorp's general number and all they could do was apologize, tell me that the location should have been open, and say that they would file a report. Just wow. So unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The guy did it fast. No pain. No problems. Check in and pre-paid with no appointment. Super easy.
