The staff is friendly, and it’s easy to get an appointment, but it feels embarrassingly dingy and grimey in the room where they draw blood. I didn’t even take pictures of the scuffed up walls, the (presumed) dried blood splatter behind the screen, and the other arm of the chair that is just gross.
To me, a medical facility where blood and needles are involved should feel sterile and *clean* - not sure I’d return to this specific location

I've been going to this location for 7 years. Plenty of parking. You can book appointments online or do a walk in if you want to wait. They have an option to check in and pay electronically. I have noticed the staff turns over as I've never had the same person twice. But they have all been very nice and the draws gentle. It's very busy and some people don't treat the staff well. Standard lab results often come back in less than 24 hours. I see nothing to complain about!

I was unsure about going here based on the Google reviews, but I went anyway and the appointment was perfectly fine. No issues.

Did the wrong blood work on my son, sent the wrong test results to the wrong doctor, and then still billed me.

Doctor had my paperwork in the system to go in and get blood drawn. In a 40 minute period two people were called to the back for lab work. They have Self Checkin but still call you to the desk to check in again. Saw two of the nurses leave after I was there for 10 minutes and only one came back with a bag of supplies. Seems there should be more employees to draw blood to make things move faster and turn over patients. Really ridiculous the amount employees to patients in this place. It was at least 10 to 1 . I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. I heard the “two” employees complaining why they don’t schedule more people.

The front desk people are helpless and beyond rude. Go somewhere else.Edit: one additional detail. Front desk person wears airpods while dealing with patients. Are they even listening? Just adds to how inconsiderate they are here.

The best phlebotomists I've seen! Both my son and I are lousy bleeders. We have trouble getting blood draws at other labs. This one is one that consistently has good experiences!Yes, the wait times are long even when you schedule appointments, so pack your patience, but I love the phleb team here!

I've had my blood drawn 3-4x now at Labcorp in Covington by Maurice, and if I have a choice I will go back there everytime I need it done. Maurice is super professional, friendly and is, by far, the best blood draw person I've ever had (and I'vehad plenty of bad and subpar to compare to). I recommend him to anyone that needs bloodwork done, without reservation. Its generally painless, quick, and he has never missed on me (and my veins are challenging). He truly is gifted.

Maurice is very skilled and friendly, my blood draws are as painless as possible and he always cracks a joke or two to make blood draws more pleasant. I am uneasy in medical settings from past experiences but I’m never afraid to get my labs done by Maurice.
