I went into the Covington store today hoping to find a summer dress. I found just what I was looking for at a great price. I also found a few other items that will be perfect for summer. M.J. and Lanell helped me today and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Lanell stepped in to help at the registers when a line started to form so my checkout was fast and efficient.

This store is well managed and has really helpful employees. I was able to get assistance to find Father's Day gifts and a special birthday gift in 30 minutes. I was thrilled to get the gifts found so fast thanks to the employees (and manager's help). The receivers of the gifts were very pleased. I appreciated the excitement customer service recieved and genuine friendless of all employees.
This store is kept orderly and there is plenty of parking available. Great store!

They never have the right signs posted with sales.
The guy today was so incredibly rude. It's just unnecessary.
Even the other cashier was wondering why he was being so rude to me? I had taken An Amazon return back and was thought I would try and get a father's day gift when I was already in there.
All the signs were wrong. He said that was last weeks sales,
And I said I'm not sure why you don't take the signs down then .
No need to be rude to customers.
