“Let me start by saying ... THE BEST Service I've EVER RECEIVED! Do I recommend this place? Heck YES!! This is my second time here! So the first time I also received really good service. I got sent here by another shop that I sent too in the same mall. My Rolex had stopped working and I was just totally freaked out. I couldn't think ... I just googled got a place that I could drop my watch off at that wouldn't rip me off. Well my first stop was Fast Fix in south center mall. Well that guy ... held on to my watch for 3 days . after me calling every day about an update .. he tilt me to come pick it up. He actually scratched the back trying to open it! Then he told me to come here. So I admit ... I was really upset about the scratch and that he basically did Nothing. So when I came here ... I was a bit nervous but as I walked in, I was treated by 2 wonderful ladies and I told them where I came from and they took all my info and started the process. They said that they would call me when the watch guy comes in and let me know what's happening. They clearly did do that!! Anyways the first time they replaced a gasket. Very professional & fast. Great Communication and awesome staff!! Oh and the price was fair.Now fast forward a year or so ... I originally bought my Rolex in Las Vegas, so with that being said ... since I had an upcoming trip to Vegas, I thought I'd take my watch in when I get there so I did. After a day they said that I should do an overhaul that's going to cost $600. I went to pick it up and told them I would think about it. It would take 2-3 weeks and they would ship it back to me. At the same time I thought ... if I needed to do an overhaul, this place would've told me the last time I brought it to them. So I dropped my watch off on Sunday and gif a call on Tuesday that my watch is ready and that it only had to be oiled. They didn't even charge me!! Now talk about GREAT SERVICE!! I will ALWAYS be back!! This is my new place!! If you have a Rolex.... YOU NEED it to be serviced HERE!! I found my place and I hope you find it to be your place as well!!”

“The lady and man that run this shop are so sweet, helpful and very professional. They helped me find a flower girl dress for my niece and the service the lady brings to customers is absolutely beautiful. My niece is a big girl for her age and when we went to shops in Tacoma, workers would emphasize that verbally in front of my niece which made her feel uncomfortable and was completely degrading. The owner or lady who works at Murasaki made my niece feel like an absolute princess and my niece lit up after the she laced up the dress and complimented her. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Their dresses are reasonably priced and their service is just top notch. Their shop is always very neat and organized. Dressing rooms were very clean and comfortable. So unfortunately during the heat treatment the stones got bleached. Even though it was my forgetfulness Anthony's offered to replace the stones at no cost to me. I will be doing as much business with them as I can. They are great!”
