You know. My parents have used this pharmacy for a long time. I've never had an issue here until my own pharmacy shut down and I was dumb enough to switch. There is an INCREDIBLY rude girl here who has no business in customer service period. The amount of disrespect and impatience that came out of her treating a customer like they were stupid is beyond me. I should have asked for the name because she wouldn't have a job once I'd be done with her.

I've been using Walgreens for years but the one across the street would delay my prescription over and over with empty promises. I switched to Fred's and I've had zero issues in the last several months.

I have had too many poor experiences at this Fred Meyer. I just left the store in tears as the app doesn't work inside apparently. When I tried to show the store manager my issues she suggested I go through the ads before I get inside the store or leave (after shopping for an hour) and go try to load my digital coupons and come back. Really? Life is so busy and I don't think of browsing my FM. app and adding things until I see them in store. That isn't the way everyone works. Also, what about those who don't even have a smart phone or enough storage to add more apps (especially seniors or those with fixed or lower incomes). You are going to exclude them because they can not access the "digital" coupons? Why aren't these coupons just added to our club cards or at least also offered in the paper ads? This is just such a terrible way to do business IMO. First we lose the rebates and now the app (which we can't even access in your stores) won't work. I was in line and the people directly in front of me, and the lady behind me were also having app issues. It makes for longer wait times, over paying and having to get in the return line, and very frustrated customers. Your system is broken, please fix it.

I’m shocked that this FM Pharmacy location doesn’t have better reviews!! I honestly love this specific Fred Meyer pharmacy and think they’re the best I’ve had my prescriptions filled here every month for years now. They’re always so helpful and friendly (I wish I could remember her name but the younger girl with light blonde hair is the absolute sweetest, she remembers me every time I come in and gets my prescription for me by the time I make it to the counter. Everyone here is honestly so kind) and they always fill my prescriptions quickly. If once in a blue moon it takes them a little bit longer than you’d like to have your rx ready just give them a break, they’re busy and I’m sure that it’s probably beyond their control. And if you’re asking them to do something that they legally cannot do or you’re trying to get them to make an exception for you, that’s on you and isn’t their fault or if they don’t have your medication in stock, it’s obviously going to take a bit longer, but even then they still quickly order it for you and have it there as soon as they can within their control. Basically every other pharmacy I’ve ever used besides this one has been pretty terrible in comparison.

They are very prompt with the prescription pickup and the pharmacist is very friendly. Keep up the same customer service!!

Horrible Service. They can't refill prescriptions on time and I encountered a rude employee on 11-2-21. Not a good place to do business.

I had a prescription to pick up yesterday it wasn't ready they said by noon I said ok no problem. I couldn't make it back so went this morning and isn't ready. Usually u do a great job but thats 2 days now without my .Ed's not acceptable

Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere in my life. Pharmacist was rude and invasive. Word of advice. Treat people with respect in life. Karma is real.
