“I really like the owner An, at this shop. He gives you a lot of information on your electronics and is very fair with pricing. All of his pricing is given to you upfront and listed inside the shop so you know what you are getting. He is also very fast at repairing screens, and does an excellent job. My items are always repaired faster than quoted. The shop even takes electronics that are old and recycles them for you for free. I trust this owner and I've gone to him three times already for my electronic repair needs. He repairs screens on computers, iPads, and phones, and unlocks computers and laptops. Definitely recommended, even though the building is a little sketchy, it's definitely worth the trek to downtown Renton.”

“My Samsung s10e got wet and the screen went black. I was so sad that I hadn't backed up my photos and all those memories might be lost. I called Gadget Fix and Mike was so exceptional and kind helping me find a solution. I brought my phone in a few days later and right there on the spot he examined it and gave me the information I needed to determine if I should spend the money for a repair. I opted to get a new screen. In less than 1.5 business days he had my phone ready to go, good as new. Highly recommend Gadget fix for any of your electronics needs. “This shop amazed me. It's not easy to find a TV repair shop anymore so support this business so we can continue to have services like this. We should not live in a disposable world.I needed a repair estimate for my TV for my warranty provider and I don't have a repair shop within 200 miles. TV City was able to take my information, pictures, and video of my problem and get me a written repair estimate for my warranty provider. “Great service but a little expensive. He unlocked my phone that nobody else has been able to do in a few minutes. I had gone without that phone for about 6 weeks, and had to use a phone that was not reliable at all in charging which eventually got to be non charging.”
