The experience was really awesome overall, both staff members were really knowledgeable. The process always seems like it could be confusing, but they both answered every question we had and made it super simple. My only regret is not storing my stuff here way sooner. :) The prices and facility itself are wonderful, super clean and secure. Highly recommend!

This has been such a great experience with this Cubes Storage store here in Covington! The staff, Jeremy & Keith are so exceptionally helpful & friendly. I love the fact they have a truck rental, super clean bathrooms, and the storage buildings are very clean as well as the grounds are also very clean. Great storage experience over all!

Jeremy and team are amazing! They helped us get set in our new unit and moving van when a house project came up and we needed to get our items stored quickly. Go see the staff at the Covington Cubes Self Storage, you won’t regret it.

Pros: very secure, heated, motion activated lights in individual units, free use of a box truck for move in!Con: a key pad is the only access method. (No key cards) You must enter a 10 character code: once to get into the parking area, a second time to access the lobby where the carts are located, a third time to access the elevator, a fourth time to return your cart and a fifth time to leave the premises.

This place is awesome. So friendly and clean. Easy to get into. I made an error when I was emptying my unit and they were super understanding and helpful. I wish they had a cubes where I am moving to.

I am so glad I chose Cubes for my storage needs. We sold our house and rented their 10x25 unit to fit all of the stuff that used to be in a 3-bedroom house. We chose Cubes over other storage facilities because we saw how secured their place was. You can’t enter the gate without a code. After entering the gate, you have to enter the code again to use the elevator. We rented the unit from June to November and we never had any issues. Andrew also provided exceptional customer service. He was always there for us. There was another guy but I forgot his name. He was also great! Everyone in that facility was nice and helpful. They were also flexible - we had to check out in the middle of the month and they let us pay just for the 2 weeks we went over instead of the whole month. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cubes!

This place is amazing! Andrew was super professional and accommodating with everything, the units are clean spotless and they have a great security system. Overall I saved over $300 moving with the free truck rental and the savings on the unit itself. 10/10 would recommend! ?

Highly recommend this place! The manager Jeremy is awesome and super great to work with and so is Andrew! The units are very clean and you also get use of a box truck if you rent here. I would highly recommend this place. Kudo's to Jeremy and Andrew at this location. We really appreciate all their help!! Excellent customer service!

Andrew helped me get a good location for my storage unit and made the sign up process easy. The website offered a discounted special rate for 2 months and honored it when I picked up keys. I also got to take advantage of their free truck to help move!
