Damaged my rims during install, a lot of curb rash around the edges, left grease all over them, and tires were coated in white sludge. Not sure I'll buy tires from Costco again. It was sloppy work tbh. Not sure if it's just this location. Sloppy work.

This week I had to call this store 6 times, it was time for me to rotate my wheels that I bought from this store. Every time I called, they asked me to wait, and I listened to their moronic music for half an hour, in the end they simply switched off. Then I finally got through and in a screaming voice, asked them not to put me on hold, but to schedule me a day and time for service. Yesterday I was at the Cadillac dealer, where they changed my oil and serviced my car, they also replaced my tires. Today I once again called them to cancel my service, they again asked me to wait, after 15 minutes they disconnected. I no longer want to work with this store, and I will not recommend it to anyone. If you are so busy that you cannot make an appointment with a client, then hire more workers, because the small prices in your store are not small prices in your store ☝️???I had to call this store 6 times this week, it's time to turn the wheels over which I bought in this store. Why is it this is the only Costco tire center that isn't allowed to use air tools (wire wheel brush)? I have been told twice at this location that they can't solve the leak problem because the "Costco corporation officials" have outlawed wire wheels due to safety concerns. In the past year, I have had leaks in five different tires on two of my vehicles. I have had to return multiple times to try and resolve slow leak tire.Hear is the kicker. I bought brand new tires for a road trip across the country. I didn't really need to replace the tire i had, but i didn't want to have tire problems on my 8000-mile journey. The day before i left, i started having low pressure warnings. We had to delay our trip departure so the tire center could repair a leaking bead. I had nothing but tire problems on this trip. Slow leaks plague my journey. I would in the middle of nowhere, Utah. Two hours from the nearest town, and my tps would come on. I lost multiple days sitting at Costco Tire Centers across the country. One day in Idaho, two days in Utah, a day on San Antonio, Texas. Two days in dayton, ohio. At this point, every tire on my 2018 GMC yukon has been off multiple times for repair. Here's the deal. The tire installer in Covington assured me the problem had been fixed. He mentioned Corp Costco had outlawed wire wheel brushes due to safety concerns. This ban on tools made his task that much harder.Fast forward on my road trip. The tire technicians in Idaho Utah Texas and Ohio didn't get that Corp safety memo. They identified damage on the chrome wheel bead. (De-lamination) as the culprit. They cleaned up the bead best they could and ran a coat of bead sealant. Problem solved until I disturb that bead with new tire mounting. Now, onto my new tires that were just installed on my truck. Totally different vehicle. The only common denominator was Costco tire center technicians. I get a flat tire while up at my cabin in the mountains. I was able to fill the tire and get it home. A day goes by, and the tire is down to 10psi again.I take it into the Covington Costco tire center. They work on it for two hours. I go the pick it up and guess what? The technician tells me I have a slow leak at the tire steam due to corrosion. He can't fix it because Costco Corp has outlawed high-speed wire brush airtools. Why is the Covington Costco tire center the only tire center in the country getting this safety memo?Maybe I need to find another tire supplier for my fleet.Maybe the technicians in Covington need to grow a pair.I'm not impressed with the clowns working in Covington, that's for sure.If Costco is going to sell tires in Covington, they need to supply the technicians with the proper tools and training. I'm here to tell you that the other Costco tire centers I have visited seem to have the tools and training.Maybe Costco should move the tire technicians into handing out samples. The boys in the Covington tire center have been soaking their hands in Palmolive far too long.Ok. I'm stepping off my soapbox now. I guess I'm just another cranky old man. ? ? ?

Good prices on new tires/batteries.Terrible customer service though. I've been there a few times and have worked with four different employees - all of them are rude, impatient, and lack basic tire/battery knowledge. Also - don't bother getting a flat repaired here as you'll end up waiting hours or be told to make an appointment. Go down the road to Les Schwab (or any other dedicated tire shop) and they'll typically get you on your way within 15-30 minutes at no charge.

Great : Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, fast quality work with a great warranty.Less great: the wrong tires were replaced and I had to go back again to fix my flat tire, online site is very very difficult to navigate.

Quick easy and professional. Have now swapped my tires, rotated several times, patched multiple punctures I've gotten in the tires I bought from them. Will go back for my next set of tires. No new dents or dings on any visits.

Costco Tire Shop customer service is poor compared to the retail side. I purchased a set new set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 in 2021. Great tires, but the customer is poorer than poor. Little did I know Costco charges for every little service unlike all other reputable tire shops. They charge $10 per tire for a winter exchange, $5 per tire for rebalancing, etc. They never tell you the fees until you arrive. They run their business like the Bank of America with fees for EVERY service you can imagine. If I would've known this ahead of time, I would bought my tires elsewhere. Never again!Buy your tires elsewhere. Costco Tire Shop is a pain to work with!

I cannot believe it took almost 2 hours to replace one sensor. I even had a scheduled appointment and it still took so long.

The tires are a good deal and good quality. They are always busy but few male workers are a bit rude and short with customers. This is not representative of Costcos since all employees are always polite. They must assign the assholes to the tire center.

POOR customer service from Delton. There were a few customers in front of me. My appointment was at 1pm on 9/3/2022. I have been standing for 35min waiting in-line (I got there at 1:03pm due to finding parking and walking) when it was my turn, Delton, he accused me I have only been there for the last 15 min.… saying I’m late…. I told them to check the SECURITY CAMERA. Then he gave me altitude and questioned me blah blah instructed to me answer YES or NO only. WTF….He poorly served the first Asian couple on tires purchases. They thought they would get the new tired installed today, instead they need to wait for a few days. Probably, Delton didn’t inform customers in the first place! They ended up cancelled the order. Second customer in the line was turn away due to waiting too long, I was up next, but I let an old gentle man who was dealing with battery return to go first because he told me he was there for 1hr already. He needed to run back and forward about getting the wrong battery, plus Delton forgot to refund his batteries core charge…Horrible horrible customer service from Delton. Tire Center Covington, WA.

Costco management rules need to be change for warranty flat tires services, not have to wait until they finished appointment services.
