Pharmacy has been extremely fast for my dogs medications. They always say 45-60 minutes and then it’s done in less than 30.

I like that the pharmacist double-checks my prescription after the staff rings it up. The lines are not as long as some of the other stores.

I use this pharmacy for location and convenience only.My experiences here have left me frustrated, upset and discouraged by the lack of consistency and organization with pharmacy staff. I cross my fingers when I call for my refill and hope the person who answers doesn’t gaslight me and make me run in circles to investigate why my refill isn’t in the system. If I call back same day and get another tech, it can be as easy as 1, 2, 3, and the refill is magically there and will be ready in 2 hours. This is the type of inconsistency that I experience constantly.Due to poor communication with tech who answered phone and her insistence my prescription wasn’t there I showed up in person to have a conversation with the pharmacist in charge that day. Alex came to the window and I explained I had called several times relating to him that my doctors office assured me they sent prescription electronically but when I call I am told I have no refills. Alex said he’s not sure what happened but that he will get my refill started. I said firmly but politely to Do Better Alex. Your staff is disorganized and unable to locate prescriptions in your system. He apologized and I went on my way.To date nothing has changed and I experience the same ole cross my fingers routine. They definitely have a tech there who is out of control and unable to perform her job effectively and professionally. They need to figure it out and replace her to stop the chaos.

There are one or two techs who sound uninterested in helping. But my persistence works. There were some in the past who would would get loud on the phone to shut me up. One time a girl was mad at me, I don't know why. She would not talk to me. One time I called to say that I only take 3 months supply when they filled only one month. A Filipina picked up the phone and after hearing my complain, she turned to other staff and yelled, this guy (name) is pain in my you know what. I heard her before she hung up. Costco needs to set some ground rules for code of conduct.

Worst Costco pharmacy ever. Every employee here today is unhelpful. My doctor sent my medication in yesterday for medication I require. This is not a one time instance. Every time we are here to grab a prescription, they claim it never came through, and are pains to work with. Every single time we have issues getting our medication. Even though my husband works at corporate we will not be grabbing our medication here anymore. You guys make it stressful, and painful. Zero stars. This has been an issue since February 2021 when we moved here. Get it together guys.

I find the people helping the pharmacy to be very helpful and I have no complaints with the wait time knowing they help so many customers.

Worst Costco pharmacy ever. Every employee here today is unhelpful. My doctor sent my medication in yesterday for medication I require. This is not a one time instance. Every time we are here to grab a prescription, they claim it never came through, and are pains to work with. Every single time we have issues getting our medication. Even though my husband works at corporate we will not be grabbing our medication here anymore. You guys make it stressful, and painful. Zero stars. This has been an issue since February 2021 when we moved here. Get it together guys.

The pharmacy tech gave an excellent description on how and what to do to get a c19 shot, she was very welcoming and informative. I feel comfortable going there due to their professionalism.

Pharmacist was not helpful. Out of medication until 3 days after refill date. Did not try to solve any problems just told me to wait. Perhaps they should order the correct amount of medication to keep on hand for when their customers need refills.What made it worse was that she laughed when I said you're not very helpful. Will be switching my prescription to another location.

If there was a Minus star I would give it minus star.I came to there for Flu shot for my family 4 people total. After finishing filling out the forms and was ready to be called for the shots. The lady employee told me that it was 5-10 m to ours turn. It was around 3:20pm. Instead of after the old man was ours, but the lady called others people one after one until no more customers there. My 2 little kids were waiting for more than an hour and were so hungry. Finally I got called as I stepped out the Costco it was 4:45pm. I was really frustrated. I called the pharmacy manager and he didn’t pick up the phone. I really need to know why they service me like that or they discriminated me. I noticed that all the customers were called before me were white.Please give me some explain.

I usually have a great experience at this Costco, at least until last nights visit. I don't know if maybe because of this Coronavirus frenzy or maybe the employee that rang me up was tired, but the service I received was absolutely horrible & I will never shop at this location again. Your employee Mariah, not only threw my money & receipt at me but after speaking with the manager & walking out, I was told to "**** Off". Mind you all because while I was gathering my money to pay it had fallen off the ledge onto the register area, when I went to grab it she had already picked it up. I really hope action is taken.

I purchased new tires from the tire center because they were having a sale and I had rewards from my Citi credit card that made it a really great deal to buy from them. When I took my car in to get the tires put on the job took longer then they said but it I felt that was fine expecting the job was done right. When I arrived to pick up they told me one stud on each of my back tires broke while they were working but it was perfectly safe to drive on because he claims you only are required to have 4. He also told me it's something they can't fix. As I was driving home my tire pressure sensor light started blinking. Now since they broke my studs and they forgot to reset my sensors it's costing me more to get this fixed. I would have been better off purchasing my tires somewhere else as now I am paying another shop to fix their mistake. I won't be bringing my car back here.
