We will never get anything else from this store. They kept ordering the wrong part for my son. They did not have anything in their system that he paid for it. They are completely stupid there.

Saviah, Kiara and their team at Auto Zone in Covington, WA are absolutely next level in their work ethic and their customer service! They partnered with my organization for a community outreach event where we serviced 90 cars of people in need in 7 hours. They agreed to provide all of the parts for us to make this happen and they kept up with the crazy pace like absolute champs. They definitely went above and beyond. We are forever grateful guys!

These folks are awesome. Took a return without a receipt. Gave me cash and sent me on my way. This is why I will go there for all my vehicle needs. Five stars. $250 purchase and they gladly helped me out. It made a huge difference for a poor man on a fixed income. Wanted to Hug them lol. Dissent want to make it weird though ???

4 employees that I saw in the store, 2 were helping customers, 2 were futzing with stock. I stood there long enough, being totally ignored, that was enough. Too many other places around who want my money.

Needed help finding a radiator hose and Dale was just sitting on his phone at the counter and gave me nothing but attitude because I didn't have a part number for the hose? I just pulled it off my car how about you pry yourself away from ur phone for two min and give someone a little customer service? Instead he pawned me off on his coworker and went straight back to smart phone like so many lazy millennials today. Anyway his coworker was at least decent enough to help me find what I need.

Dale had the correct part that was functioning properly in my hands from another store within the hour. thank you so much Dale for your assistance! this guy deserves a promotion. I was so pissed when my stutter that I just bought gave out having to do the job twice on a Subaru2.5l , not a simple two bolt job, you have to take off the tire just to get to the rear bottom bolt..nothing the store could’ve done about it just a bad remanufactured core.
