I got kicked out today when in only 14 years old and I was with my mom and we didn’t know the “policy” but I was always with her rescheduling and my great grandma just died. I have only like them and this isn’t okay. I’ve been crying since Wednesday when my mom called in and said family Emergency and she even got the text message yesterday morning at 8:37am scheduled appointment today at. 12pm. Also our power was out for 4 hours and phone were dead. I am now beyond depressed! She didn’t even get a call from anyone today and it isn’t right. I’ve always been next to her.

My daughter LOVE ATI! Sadly she has needed physical therapy now her second time, but it’s amazing to have the same workers there that are so sweet, caring, trusting, hard working, and more. Special shout out to Kelsey and Jordan. That’s who she has worked with and they are just off the charts the best. They put the work in to help her get back to where she needs and educate us while during PT and she works hard because they do too. I can’t say thank you enough and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Covington ATI is the best and great staff too. Everyone who works there are so great as well and I have to say funny, but truly care about their patients and make it a great atmosphere to be at. Thank you everyone!!!!!

Am totally impressed by the vibe in this place. These ladies and gentlemen are serious about their craft but also, very friendly, understanding and helpful. They work together as a team and you can tell that it works good. Started March 2024.

I worked with Max and Ben. Both very thorough and attentive. I'm having a hip replacement soon (unrelated to my therapy). They both worked around my hip issues very efficiently.

I'd come back to ATI for my next knee surgery. The staff is friendly they have good equipment are nott too big that you feel lost but just big enough for that presonal touch.

Love this place for my son. We came here to loosen him up he does sports and trains daily. We want to make sure his body is all good, They are kind, patient and very flexible. I tend to over schedule appointments and they are always so kind to me and I appreciate it . Thank you
