“I was recently in the hospital as a matter of fact I'm still in rehab while I've been away from my apartment the manager is personally taking care of my cats for me while I was incapacitated feeding them cleaning the litter box excetera does above and beyond what apartment manager supposed to do I have a great relationship with the people there ain't anything is broken it's fixed it won't let me leave a second review so I'll just add on to this one been living here since 2008 management is great anytime something is broken it's fixed immediately the rents are reasonable good community what more can I say it's a great place that's why I intend on staying here for as long as I can I have nothing but good things to say about management and my overall experience living in. “My partner and I easily schedule a tour through Zillow and Meridian gardens quickly reached out to us to confirm. They accommodated us with multiple move in date to fit our schedule and what works best with us and we’re very up front with everything which I appreciate. Move in date was very easily and lovely management.”

“Great community to live in. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Lia. Been living here for over an year in a renovated apartment with modern interior and new appliances. The new management is making lot of renovations and the amenities are much better now compared to year ago. Close to lot of places like grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stops. Highly recommend the newly renovated apartments!!”

“Did a great job of repairing the ventilation duct for a dryer. I had them show up at the same time as an appliance tech since we weren't sure what the root cause was. They could have sold me an entirely new duct, which the appliance tech recommended. Instead, they unblocked the duct, inspected it, determined it was fine and made a repair to prevent future issues. Would definitely call this company again.”

“Marshall Lewis was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I moved up here from SoCal and had gone on a home finding trip before moving to Seattle. As soon as we visited one of the properties, we quickly realized we had found our temporary home and Marshall played a big role in that. “These apartments are the best mix of affordable and comfortable that we found in the area. We had a good feeling as soon as we pulled up to the office and the tour with Tiffany reinforced that. Tiffany was awesome, she was quick about getting back to us and was able to answer all of our questions. She made the move-in process fast and easy”
“Been living here for probably 3-4 years now. First living here was a little rough. The new team, management, and repair services is amazing then what it use to be. Have no rush from leaving here, and also a huge help is that I’ve gotten along with any of my neighbors I’ve ran into.”
“I wouldn't move in here . Parking is really hard. The apartment elevator is dirty I don't want to touch anything same with stair case plus in the hallways where the elevator are is food all kinds of things that shouldn't be. Do not move in there ! They suck all the way around. You will regret it when u spend the first 2 weeks there”
“Maintenance responded quickly and solved the problem on second visit. He asked me to put my cats away because they were bothersome while he was trying to work the first Day he returned the next day so I did put the cats in the room he said he would be there in the morning around 10 am he notified me around 12:00 he was done and my grandson could release the cats. My sink was in working condition when I got home. He responded to my call right away by text message and I really appreciate the quick turnaround!! ☺️”

“I’ve just reached 6 months here and the experience has been good so far.. Neighbors in my building are respectful and keep to themselves, fairly quiet (with the exception of some loud cars on the main road) and my parking spot has always felt safe. If you’re paying for your spot, there is no reason you should have issues as some reviewers have mentioned.It is an older building from the 80s with some wear and tear, however there are some decent upgrades like touch less keypad/app entry, hard wood floors and stainless steel appliances.If you know about the area and have your expectations in check, it’s sure to be a 5 star place for you as well. I moved out here from Mercer island expecting much worse, but I have been pleasantly surprised.Pros:- Relative affordability for the area (around the corner from Newcastle/ Bellevue)- Nice maintained club house and gym- Proximity to Groceries and local Mexican and asian restaurants- keyless entry is more convenient than I expected- Grounds are regularly maintained, doggy waste bags replaced often- On-site manager Jesse is great.Cons:- Sound proofing is not as good as in newer buildings. So you will hear people walking upstairs above you.- Management company UDR has some pretty annoying fees: $60 to pay with debit card, $92 late fee”

“I know a couple different residents that live in this location and they absolutely love it! Every time I go there, which is once a month, I am so taken it back by all of the things going on. It’s beautiful, very well taken care of and clean. There’s always activities going on and lots to do! I love seeing all of the residents that live there out chatting with each other and you can tell that this is a really fun close community. The staff has been extremely kind and I cannot say enough good things about this place! I love the secure parking underneath the building for the residence as well!”
