My wife and I fill up for gas 2 times per week on our way to the Temple((Were Buddhist) and while I'm gasing up she gets us a Large Toffee hot drink!The last 4 times it's hot water with a very slight tinge of Toffee- Very Slight!I've been coming to this station for years but am about to quit!I know your trying to make more money off your drinks by watering them down BUT THERE IS NO TOFFEE TASTE AT ALL!!Why Don't just Quit Selling the drinks if your just going to Ruin Them! I'm thinking of reporting to Am Pm Directly But My wife says not too!This is Rediculous!Sam

So I've lived in the area my whole life and would normally always rate a 5 though tonight is different this new employee has ruined it for me I brought in a coupon that expires tomorrow he had the nerve to tell me it was no good until tomorrow he's new I get it and doesn't speak very clear English I get it but he wasn't willing to learn how expiration dates are or work and I walked out without making any purchases

Never want to shop here at night. For some reason the lights at the pumps don't ever work correctly and they never get them fixed. Store is dirty most of the time when I stop to get something to drink. And I will never put crap Arco gas into any of my vehicles. It's the worst gas you can buy along with 7-11 gas. Not sure why anyone would want to fill up here when all the seals on the pump are broken. Which means people have tampered with the machine.

Every security seal on the pumps are broken. I've notified management but she didn't seem to care. THIS IS HOW HACKERS STEAL CREDIT CARD DATA.

This gas station is now known as the ghetto station of covington. All reps besides the one older man with the long beard are rude. The lights flash in and out over the pumps at night. And every night you guys people hounding people at the pump for money. Their lot has potholes all over it and one big enough to destroy your rim and bumper. Avoid this station at all cost.

The management team was real helpful and very polite. This is the cleanest Arco I've ever been in, it's the cleanest gas station period. Very friendly. Coffee is amazing and fresh recommend everyone
