I've waited about a month to write this review so that I could write it with a level head.My husband and I are full time RVers in a 2007 Airstream, and happened to be in Seattle for a few weeks. We spoke with Airstream about getting enough solar installed to live off-grid for about a week while we worked. After saying what we would need to power (a starlink, enough lights, laptops, phones, etc), we decided to move forward with 4 panels and 4 lithium batteries. We took our rig in, signed the paperwork, and found a hotel. We got back a little later than expected on pickup day, and were able to only briefly review the updates. Everything seemed to be in working order, so we hitched up and were on our way with plans to cross the country in one week, boondocking much of the way. When we parked at our campground and went to plug in our phones, we figured out pretty quickly that they neglected to install an inverter. They even neglected to quote us one.We called and asked if there was anything they could do. The part would arrive mid-week, but we would have to delay. It was impossible to do so.I'm currently crossing the country on the grid until we can find someone to install an inverter on the other side. This was a pretty costly mistake for us, because it meant we had to relay heavily on RV parks this trip, and we still need to pay whatever the fee is to install an inverter.Everyone at this Airstream was very nice, but in the grand scheme of things it was a mistake to trust them with our rig. Also, there were oil stains all over the carpet.

Airstream sucks. I bought a 19" Bambi and the very first time I got her out on the road she blew a tire at less that 600 miles travel distance from when I took possession of her. Now I find out the THE AIRSTREAM WARRANTY IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Having owned one, I recommend a JayCo; at least they stand behind their product.

Honestly, this is a disappointing review to write. We bought a 16' Basecamp. I love, absolutely love this trailer. However, we have had water heater issues from the beginning. We believe now the issue is fixed, but it took over a year to get there. The service department wanted to place the blame on us, the owner instead because the problem we were having was intermittent. It took a lot of escalation, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of frustration. We showed the pictures of the different error codes we kept getting. Turned out their were multiple issues going on. Instead of the service department listening to our concerns, they played the blame the owners' game. When, in fact, we had faulty equipment the entire time. I am hoping this point forward we have no more issues and be "happy off-grid campers."

Wife and I came in for some work - the staff was nothing but helpful, answered all our questions before we even had the service done.A job well done - if we ever need work done again I trust that we can bring our airstream over.Thank you all again :)

Great experience getting my Airstream back on the road safely. Staff was very communicative and transparent with issue at hand. If anything comes up, I’ll be sure to head back! Thank you!

Popped in the other day for a shore power cord for my Classic 30. They had it in stock and I was on my way. Great job, thank you!

The only way to beat a great product is to have great people behind it! You did it! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 0 star, even 1 star is too much for them. I tried to contact them for months via call, email, website, every single way I could think of to just book a service appointment. I left my phone number and email address multiple times, but not a single response from them. There is just no way to reach out to them. They should be disqualified from Airstream dealership. It's a joke.

The service department doesn't care much about customers. I've tried several times for months to set up an appointment for a factory recall. Emailed and left messages but they don't respond. On-hold for a live person never worked.

Does Airstream Adventures NW even have a Service Department anymore, or have they chosen to focus on disservice? No one answers the phones and despite three voice messages I have left requesting a service appointment, no one has returned a call over a two week period. It’s unbelievable they are still in business.

The service department actually doesn't give service. The people working there think if they smile and act friendly that that qualifies as service. No the service writer mislead and was to familiar. I was informed when I brought my Airstream in it would be 6 weeks, 11 weeks later they hadn't started on the body work. Two weeks into this circus I received a call to come and fix one of the tires, it was flat. I brove down an hour there and took it to a tire repair shop. Waited at the tire repair store, and the tire just needed air. They were going to charge 200 dollars for pulling the tire. Thank you for wasting my time and fuel. That should of been a warning. After 10 weeks, I was told they would start on it in another 8 to 10 weeks. I informed them I would pick up the Airstream that weekend. The service manager called and somehow they could now start on the body work the next week, and they would take 1000 off the bill. I Found out later they had already cashed the check from the insurance company, now 10 weeks later they still haven't returned the funds. When I when to get the Airstream only to find out the electrical problems were not fixed. The lift kept blowing fuses. We had to leave the trailer there while they attempted to find the problem. They gave me fuses, the problem solved, for them. Mine continued, I couldn't get the trailer off the truck. So l suggest that if you want to use your Airstream as a trailer do not get involved with Airstream of Milton.
