I know a couple different residents that live in this location and they absolutely love it! Every time I go there, which is once a month, I am so taken it back by all of the things going on. It’s beautiful, very well taken care of and clean. There’s always activities going on and lots to do! I love seeing all of the residents that live there out chatting with each other and you can tell that this is a really fun close community. The staff has been extremely kind and I cannot say enough good things about this place! I love the secure parking underneath the building for the residence as well!

Hi,, it's RAiNiE WiLLiAMSI've lived here since it opened going on 7 years this is the best place I've lived in innnn ,such a long time. ,I so like my apt !!the staff here really work hard and treats us and care about us in Word and deed. I'm a widow now and plan on living here the resT of my life. I feel safe here and it's nice also because both the mail. and garbage desposal are both in side so I don't have to go out side. I am close enough to walk to many stores, like safeway,Fred meyers ,Costco. right aid, Walgreens. Walmart Kohls ect. even my primary and other doctors. I highly recomend affinity to one looking for a apt that also has lotsa amenities like pool, hottub, work out room with tread mill, weight machine ect. family dining room. game rooma pub which we have activities there with food and drinks ect. both affinity sponsored and resident sponsored activities. and also soom small guarden plots of which I'm so happy to have dirt I can work in. and I can grow quite lotta plants. and more. anyway over 55 people and it have a movie theaterand one can make friends and both be friendly or stay mostly to yourself i or when needed. anyway if independent apt living is where you find the need I can't think of a better residence. oh,,,PLUS,,, TV. ELECTRICITY,, WASHER AND DRYER. WI FI IS INCLUDED.

Doing fine now. Still in the process of unpacking, but really enjoying getting to know other residents thanks to my Ambassador. Love that I only live a few miles away from my sister and brother-in- law. The community is active and interesting. I’m sure my days will be filled with lots of good times. It did take me a long time to get my wifi and TV hooked up, but other than that it has been great.

i feel so priveledged to live at Affinity @ COVINGTON, WASHINGTON !!!Hi I’m Rainie.The apt I’m in is so just what I need to feel comfortable and safe.One of the other great things here about my apartment is that there are evergreen trees and maple trees too that are all around out every one of our windows in the middle of the city.I like my little garden plot tooooo sooo much !!!Never knew I’d get the physiological feelings in a little garden plot that I got in my yard.I like getting to know ppl and having ppl genuinely careThe staff here works well together and they do all they can to meet the needs ofUs the residents. And they really cAre about us and it shows.Even tho we are in this pandemic. There is still fun to be had in the perimeters of keeping us and everyone safe.There are people here who want helpMe if I ask as I do not driveI can’t say enough about how being here helps meI like how fred Meyers. Safeway. Walmart Kholes. Rite aid. Walgreens ect and lotsa restraints and fast food too.Also we have a work out room and salt water pool and a hot tub Game rooms. ? billiards. a pub. Craft room and even more.Come check us out sometime.P. S. The Maintenence team are also excellent and always address my issue in a timely manner , Their work is outstanding. And always leave my. Apt clean.Thanks so much you two. ??

This is the best place to live and enjoy life! My sister lived here and just loved it so much. She had activities every week day and many wonderful neighbors who became friends.Movie theater- outdoors area for gathering- bbq's just wonderful all around!

I have lived at Affinity at Covington for a year. The staff is very friendly. In a day when customer service is often nonexistent, I had a garbage disposal/drainage issue and Ed, the maintenance supervisor, had it all repaired quickly and efficiently.In addition, the company that manages wi-fi and cable, Dual Path, helped me fix a connection issue even though it had nothing to do with the things they manage. Finally, and most importantly, my dog is happy here.

I have so many reason to gives 5 out 5 .I started working as a beginner and not only office staff they treat you well but people also who live there they really appreciate what we do as well as staff and it’s a very friendly environment to live and work as well .
