They are never busy when I visit. Most importantly, their customer service is top-notch. I recently showed up half hour before close, with new insurance info. The tech at the drive-thru window was kind, patient, and efficient when I showed up still on the phone with my insurance company. He was also wonderful about quickly filling a few of my RXs I had gone all weekend without (due to my issue, not theirs) even though they had been restocked. He then scheduled refills for the others that I could wait for without effecting my health. I'm super grateful for this pharmacy!

This is simply the best pharmacy. They are kind, polite and knowledgeable about your prescriptions. There is no hour waiting in line to be told your prescription isn't ready which happened to me so many times at Rite-Aid. If you live fairly close I would spend the extra time to use it!

Just so fortunate to have a great community pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We have used this in an emergency before and such compassionate staff. Amber is so nice, never hurries and calls back if you must leave a message. Great drive through. J.C. Smith gave us our third covid boosters this week to my husband and I, was very warm, friendly, and answered all our questions. Relaxed and professional atmosphere. Also there was informative hand outs regarding vaccines.

Nice having a Pharmacy in Coupeville. Not open on weekends due to staffing issues. Some staff are a little slow. "Island time", you know.

They have been wonderful, and have gone above and beyond for me each time. Asked to see if my medicine was going to be sent there regularly, and made sure to have it ordered weekly for me! All but one employee, have all had smiles, and have been just wonderful to me.Thankyou again!! ??
