“My wife and I were travelling down from Canada and had a flat tire on our SUV. We pulled into Les Schwab Oak Harbour to see if they had time to repair it. They told us they could get on it in 45 mins and they did and in 30 mins it was fixed.
We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.
Not only did we not have to buy new tires but they fixed the tire at NO CHARGE and we were on our way. Thank you for such an excellent experience and great service!”
“my husband always took our vehicles to Midway automotive and tire. He trusted them. He got to know the owner on first name basis. Their staff is wonderful and very friendly and will go out of their way they give you old-fashioned service Take care of you. One of the guys in the shop called me and told me that it would be longer than a few hours because they had some other issues had to take care of with my car and he even offered me and my dog a ride home. He came and picked us up from a local book and coffee shop. You can always trust Midway automotive tire!”
“Will was amazing! I was on Whidbey Island with my mom that was in town from Denver. I got a flat tire and was told by other tire shops that it was not repairable. After talking to Will, he was able patch my tire until I got back to the Seattle side. He went above and beyond and was so helpful and nice! He was a lifesaver!”
“Great experience today with Juan, Brianna, and Curtis taking good care of my tires and safety—they were all friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. Thanks Les Schwab for hiring great people and training them well! ??? ?”
“Great on price, product and convenience. I also appreciate how they let you know if it's a long or short wait. I personally like to pick my own oil and filter. All possible here.”
“My car started making scary sounds on the way to the campground and I was grateful to my friends for driving me to this place. We all felt that the shop and guys put off great vibes (and cool cars!).
They are all booked up and wouldn't have time to work on it for a couple of weeks (sign of a good shop, eh?) but Noah took time to rescue me and came out to give my baby a listen and took the time to figure out what was making the sound -- rust on the new brake rotors, not a safety problem, phew! He didn't make me feel like an idiot for being a worrywort.
The whole wonderful experience made me love Whidbey Island and Coupville more than ever. Thank you, Noah and his boss.”
