“I used their self-serve dog wash on my two pups after they enjoyed the 4th of July rolling in disgusting things they found on the beach. The area was clean, and everything we needed was provided. The tubs are in a separate back room, which was helpful to keep my two dogs inside, as I could only bathe on int he tub at a time. Bring your own treats (or purchase some for the dog wash as I did).”

“I've done business with Meg for 6 years now. She is really knowledgeable about her birds, she helps with anything you need help figuring out when you buy one of her little bundles of joy. She helped me when I got my very first bird. I was so nervous but she said to call anytime and she even picked up late at night. She helped me pick out the correct formula and even gave me some to start me out. She's given me chop instructions, ingredient dos and don't s, given me birdie bread recipes, recommended great toys and cages and is always so kind. She's helped me through first bird vet appointments and general nerves when it was my first bird. I've told many people about how great she is. I prefer it to the Wal-Mart's and other pet supply stores for my pet supplies as well! Also have a great return policy. Unlike Wal-Mart and Petco. I got a flea collar at Petco that made my kitty sick and Petco of Oak Harbor would not let me return it! I also got a box of Ol' Roy brand peanut butter biscuits for our dog at the Wal-Mart in Oak Harbor, and the biscuits were burnt! The gal at customer service at that Wal-Mart basically told me "so what" they're for a dog! Ummmm! Excuse me!!!!! Now, let me tell you how great theTractor Supply store is, from a very personal experience! I was on my way to an appointment because I was sick. Right before I got to my appointment I had an accident. Not a car accident, but an accident inside my car! Know what I mean.. Well, I happened to be right by our Tractor Supply store. The woman there helped me get what I needed to clean myself up in the bathroom, but my jeans were not wearable to my appointment. The woman working that day had some jeans on sale due to a discontinuation. Usually, something that's not returnable. An all sales are final thing. However, all the jeans were 2 sizes too big for me, but wearable to my appointment. Need I say more. I wore the jeans to my appointment, took them home and washed them and was allowed to return them the next month when I came back into town... Now that's going above and beyond the call of duty! “Great store! Clean and organized. Friendly staff. Prices are a little higher, but you get good quality. Generally very well stocked, unlike tractor supply. Also, there is usually a very friendly cat to greet you!”

“Overall, it's a great store. There are tons of food and accessories to choose from to give your fur babies or fish and reptile kiddos.

One downside is the amount of space in the store. If you are like me and need to buy a lot of food and use a cart, be prepared to ding or squeeze through crowded isles.”

“Dr Mangiameli has taken care of all our animals for the last year now. What I like most about him is that he’s a straight shooter! We found a kitten nearly dead outside and took him to the doc, he warned us that he was pretty bad off, but he would see what he could do for him. He nursed this guy back to life, we saw him for three days straighten them a CDRE more times until he was stable. Now he’s the sweetest cat, the doc saved this little guy!”
