Will update later. Awaiting parts. Parts arrived. Took the car in. Work finished in 5 days as promised. This is the 3rd time in 30 years, have always done right.

This whole business is amazing. They just never disappoint because they actually care and want to do the best for you. They are consistently professional, courteous, and proficient.
