“Went to this place earlier today to get my one of my favorite duffle-bag fixed. It's a pretty durable bag and the zipper was stuck beyond belief. It was not a one-person job, so I took it in earlier this afternoon. They took me in right away and it was honestly a lot to situate and they got it taken care right away. A good handful of talented people here, fixed this right in front of me and it cost me like 30 bucks (if you include like the tip that I left) and the person there was pretty nice. The older lady there was really sweet and there was a lady in the back with bluish hair that was pretty nice; she was quiet and she was working on something intensely in the shop. Definitely saved the day for me. and my favorite duffel-bag useful again.”
“This is the perfect place to pick up a treat for yourself or a friend, Handmade bath and body goodies that will delight, and customer service that will leave you eager to return soon.”
“The prices are pretty intense for me, $80 leggings and such. But there are some things that are reasonably priced, and all the clothing and shoes seem to be made of better materials than what you might find at say Walmart. I still buy shoes there, but when I browse through the clothing, I just can't bring myself to spend that much. The store is clean and well lit, the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm just cheap.?”

The staff was super kind and seemed to go beyond the norm to try to be helpful to customers. They even had a pile of objects (mostly children's objects but also luggage and the like) for the needy outside their shop that was labeled as being for free! They also visibly seemed to be friends with the staff of the neighboring stores. The generosity of this place helped restore my faith when it comes to the nature of people selling used/antique objects! ?”
“Just had a very pleasant experience buying and customizing a new couch with Adam. He was very professional and helpful with the process. It was also significantly cheaper to customize the couch we wanted ($2300) vs buying the same style couch online ($4000+). Will keep this review updated as we go about wait time and delivery of the couch, but so far the buying and designing process has been amazing.”
“I surprised my mother by taking her to Coupeville to see where Practical Magic was filmed. I am so glad that this was the first shop we stopped in. Mel was genuinely engaged with us, sharing in my
Mother’s excitement, and very knowledgeable. The shop is filled with goodies for the Practical Magic fan, and offered many great gifts and souvenirs to take home. Mel was even kind enough to give us guidance on a beautiful drive back to Seattle to avoid the long ferry lines, which turned into a wonderful cherry on top of our amazing day in Coupeville.
Definitely a must when visiting Coupeville! Thank you for making our visit special just by bein your kind self, Mel!”
