I came to this store at 10:15 having walked 10 minutes from my hotel down the road. I did this only because Google has open until 11pm. I walked into the store only to have nannoyed employee who closed the register too early deny me service. I am from. Out of state. Google is the information available to me. Even though I showed her the mistake she still denied me service. This was her fault and she treated to call the cops on me so I would leave

Terrible consistency. Fuel pumps regularly don’t accept credit or debit cards, forcing customers to go inside and pre-pay for fuel. Good luck if you want to fill your tank up. Their kitchen is also inconsistent. Someone doesn’t show up to work? Kitchen closed for the day! Avoid and save yourself the frustration.

I will say this gas station is very clean. But a little over a week ago my partner left their wallet. And the manager was very rude and extremely unhelpful. We asked if we could see camera footage to make sure it didn't get stolen and she said she didn't have time right now. And basically said she didn't know when she would have time and she wouldn't make time for us later. Which I've gone in there years before and been able to see footage immediately. Thankfully though somebody turned it in to the police department. Because we left my phone number with the gas station for them to call us back when they have a chance for us to look at footage. And I don't know if they got notified that the wallet was found or what because they still haven't called. And this gas station finally got Tigers blood frazzle which before you could only get it in Anacortes or Seattle. They had it for less than a day and now apparently they're completely out of stock and it's been over a week and they still haven't fixed it.

The owner raised her prices, several times, during the covid crisis. They, or she, is a profiteer of the lowest caliber as this station serves locals mainly. They or she, continues by charging outrageous fuel prices. By fuel I mean to say; Gas, Diesel and Propane.

This is the epitome of gas station grub. Fried chicken piled high in the display case, I mean piled to the TOP. They have all fried fixins you could hanker for in gas station cuisine. Boat full of bacon, check, crispitos, check, crunchy corn dogs, triple check, and the pizza rolls and fried burritos come correct. The best place to stop in coupeville is this gas station. The coolers are stocked with anything you could want. Don’t forget the local swag, of course they have Whidbey Island hats and sweatshirts.

No longer a customer as the last three times I’ve gotten espresso next door I noted that despite the “no mask, no service” sign on the door they regularly allow customers to come in and shop without masks. I’ve called it to their attention but staff look at me like I’M the problem. They’ve been reported to the county and have had county inspectors out to investigate. With that open deli/prep area and all the hot food sitting out from morning through lunchtime … really? I wouldn’t set foot in there again.

Chelsea at Java hut coffee shop attached to this gas station was awesome! Not only is she great at her job, she offered me advice on the area and recommendations on exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate her pleasant demeanor, positive attitude and energy.

If it weren't for Joey the cashier who verbally provoked me I would say the store is ok except the price gouging of gas and most products. I will never shop with them again. Customer service out the window. The manager doesn't care what the customer says. I was told EBT was ended because management didn't want to participate anymoe... Told me the system was down... Straight up LIE.
