My car started making scary sounds on the way to the campground and I was grateful to my friends for driving me to this place. We all felt that the shop and guys put off great vibes (and cool cars!).
They are all booked up and wouldn't have time to work on it for a couple of weeks (sign of a good shop, eh?) but Noah took time to rescue me and came out to give my baby a listen and took the time to figure out what was making the sound -- rust on the new brake rotors, not a safety problem, phew! He didn't make me feel like an idiot for being a worrywort.
The whole wonderful experience made me love Whidbey Island and Coupville more than ever. Thank you, Noah and his boss.

These guys were very helpful. I had a weird tire problem and they gave it their best shot but I ended up having to go up the road to oak harbor. But the guys here were super helpful and good natured.

They fixed our car. But they part of the body of the car and did not even tell us that they broke it. I had to go talk to them about it. Not really sure about letting them fix what they broke.

Had an old pickup. Had a couple things I wanted done. They were very helpful. And honest. Thought I needed brakes done. They were honest and instead of trying to add on more labor they didn’t and where I come from that’s rare. Thank you very much. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Marty and his guys are the most honest mechanics we have ever used. My wife had a Chrysler 200 with recurring issues i.e. design flaws, but not recall worthy. Had it serviced here several times when the mechanic finally suggested we'd be better off getting a new car than continually bringing it in. So we did. Traded in that POS. Marty and his guys are the only ones I let work on my rigs. Fair pricing. Honest men. A rare thing in this day and age.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Once again I found myself out of town and needing an emergency repair on my truck. Marty and his crew kindly fit me into their booked-out schedule. Lucky to have found this place!! First they did great work on my Dad's Mustang GT. I have two Chrysler Town & Country Minivans. Found out Martin is an old Chrysler guy so he really knows Chrysler Products. First time I used him to change an alternator, they even vacuumed my vehicle!!! Martin and his crew are really decent and kind!! I'm disabled and on a fixed income and am always treated right here. Martin is patient with me and explains what needs to be done right away and what can wait. He doesn't get upset when I ask questions either. I wish all shops were as honorable and kind.Services: Transmission

My new go to place for auto repair. Martin the owner and the guy's working for him do excellent work. They operate on the principles of ethics and integrity!!! They even vacuum the inside of your vehicle!!! He knows how to treat people and give them a reason to come back!!!
