“Regarding the ever-evolving processes related to SBA-PPP loans, we have been completely impressed with Mark Mouw and his team at People's Bank. They were on top of things right from the start, and we never waited more than a business day for responses to our questions. We are so fortunate to be banking with them.”

“We are over-the-moon satisfied in having an account with Global Credit Union!!! Before we were at the whims and mercy of our former big Bank' profiteering with no end in sight for their running away with interest inflation on our loans. Now we are in safe hands and feel confidant going forward trusting once again in a company that truly has our backs!”

“I was a Kitsap Bank customer for over 20 years. I recently moved out of the area, and switched banks for accessibility and convenience. Over the last few years, I had the pleasure of dealing with Lynda Douglas in Port Townsend on several occasions. She was always responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I will miss the customer service I grew to expect from Lynda and all of the great people I dealt with over the years. Thank you,”

“I find it hard to believe the spoiled, entitled and arrogant reviews of some people here. Having lived in costa rica for 20 years, I’ve had to patiently wait at a bank for 1/2 hour to 2 days for a transaction - and sometimes the transaction never works. And by the way, Chase is the number one bank for a reason.”

“Great service. Quit complaining about the hours. Just glad to have them there. Such a shame you have to stand at the drive-through. At least the branch is still here.”

“Went in today to set an account for my husband and Bonnie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She truly went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough.”

“Closed the branch in Coupeville so have to drive into Oak Harbor (approx 20 miles). Drive through services are as fast as they can be depending how many people are in line. They say you can call and make an appt to see a banker, but no one answers the phone... hopefully they will hire someone to deal with phones soon.”

“I've always had very friendly, courteous, and professional service at this branch. I actually think it's more a symptom of the lovely people in Port Townsend than the bank itself. I've been to many horrible branches of WFB in California and elsewhere. But I'll take the welcoming local service gladly and gratefully. That's why I love living in this wonderful community. As far as the bank itself, if I wasn't so financially immersed and entangled with multiple financial products, I would have left them a long time ago. I despise their ethics and questionable practices. Hopefully I'll be able to do something about that someday. Meanwhile, this review is about this branch only. They're not responsible for the policies and restrictions of their corporate office, and they seem to do their best to make my experience as pleasant as they can under the circumstances.”
