“I love Elkorn Trading Co.! I’m an interior designer and always find interesting things. The prices are fair, and the pieces are unique! Some good book finds, too. Highly recommend a stop in when you’re in Coupeville.”

“I saw this mall at the wooden boat festival in 2022. I was inspired to make a hanging crystal mobile. I'm so glad I came back through Port Townsend and found the shop again. The clerks were great. The other customers were fun. There is a nice collection of prisms just right for my project. It's a shop full of different vendors with varied items.”

“We recently had three furniture items restored at the PT Furniture Clinic: one mahogany secretary desk from around 1810, a highboy from the mid 19th century, and a butterfly table from early 20th century. I cannot express enough our gratitude to Tom and Tony for the work they did on these family heirlooms. It surpassed our expectations as the work was absolutely excellent with high attention to detail and historical importance. Best of all, they brought us into the refinishing process by explaining the choices available at every critical step. There was serious structural work done on the two older items, and now they should last another hundred or two years in excellent condition. We cannot be more pleased!!!! - Bill Higgins, Port Townsend”

“This store was a delight. Every item was interesting to look at because you can tell the owner curated the collection with love, effort, and experience. A welcome reprieve from the other cookie cutter stores on main street.”

“Wide selection of items for sale, some of very high quality, and priced accordingly. As many/most/all items are on consignment, I think that a real 'find' would be something that you've been looking for for years and are prepared to pay whatever for it, rather than a fantastic price! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners.”

“Most of the things here are wildly expensive, but people who live next to the coast are typically rich (I am not). The woman in charge is very sweet. I'll return for a visit if I ever come back to Oak Harbor.”

“I'm looking to restore whatever period details I can to my 19th century house, and Vintage Hardware & Lighting had the perfect switch plates at a reasonable price. They were easy to install. One had slight alignment issues compared the the others but with some patience it worked. Shipping to the east coast was really fast too!”
