“I've grown to love Bi Mart. I stayed away for quite a while after my grandmother passed away since it reminded me of her; but now as an older young lady I understand why my mimi loved the store. It has just about everything. Prices are great. There's almost always some kind of discount on laundry needs and toiletries, etc. The only reason for the 4 stars is the customer service. On multiple occasions I have stood in line for over 20 minutes while associates could visibly see the line growing rapidly yet chose to stand there and chit chat. Customer service would sure be nice if it could go back to the way it was when I was in that type of work setting back in early 2000's "customer service and not making people wait" along with the "customer is always right" type stuff was drilled into me while working for department stores. Either way, I still enjoy bimart and will continue supporting our local store.”
“This is my cigar spot when we are in the area. Great customer service, more important for a cigar smoker the humidor is always spot on. And then a walk on the beach.”
“Friendly cashiers, cigarettes and liquor have less "sin taxes" so they are a convenient way to save money. Store is clean and has security so you're not bombarded with panhandlers. Loyalty card saves you on already cheaper gas. Also they have surprisingly good food, not the usual gas station fare that's reasonably priced. Very reasonable in this day and age when a jar of peanut butter is $10”
“Love this place they have been around forever they have been closed due to fires twice over the years and came back better than ever the staff is always friendly and there candy selection is arguably the best of all the stores in hoquiam I will always choose to stop here before any other local stores.”
“Small little local store. Service to local neighborhood has some nice and polite people working inside. Carrie's all the typical things you would expect from a convenience store and has a small hot deli.”

“Hope your not looking for anything other than candy chips or corn dogs! No bread cereal or grocery items. But great deal on 14$ packs of cigarettes and 5$ a gallon of unleaded gas!! Atleast the beers 20$ for a 12 pack!”
“Best store ever! the owner is terrific and so friendly! Wonderful treatment of customers. We lived nearby and frequented the store often years ago and anytime we go through Aberdeen it is the first place my family talks about stopping because the owner made that much of an impression on us. Terrific place to stop!”

“I've been coming to this store for around 10 yrs or so, mainly to buy lottery tickets once a week but, occasionally, to also get gas. In that time I've generally found the staff to be friendly and helpful (there ARE the occasional exceptions but, let's remember, we're talking about PEOPLE and anyone can have an "off" day or maybe they're just having a REALLY bad day. So I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt on the few times I've encountered a rude or discourteous clerk/employee). Over the years I, and sometimes my 2 daughters who're almost always with me, have made friends with some of the clerks there. One of them, Nancy, is our favorite. She is, in our humble opinion, just a real, all around sweet lady. If she sees me without my girls, she always asks about them and the few times she's seen my girls with my wife, instead of me, they tell me that she'll ask THEM about ME.That little extra touch of kindness is one of the reasons I continue coming back to this store and spending my money there. Oh, and my wife just LOVES their pizza (as do my girls)!! Lord only KNOWS how much of our $$ she's spent there JUST on their pizza slices, hahahaha!!! The store is usually relatively clean, along with their bathroom, and the clerks do a pretty good job of keeping the lines moving during the times when the store has high customer traffic yet all the while staying friendly and professional. “I stopped in during a road trip recently and the cashier, Sierra, was extremely helpful. When I entered she was busy cleaning, but kindly welcomed me, and went from that work fully into customer service mode. I was tired from driving and probably more grumpy than I would like to admit, but she really made the past midnight experience one to remember. Ive never been so satisfied with a gas station visit. She was very helpful and kind. She helped me figure out the 711 app, and convinced me it was worth the download. The store was clean, except for the coffee area which was the area she was cleaning when I came in, and got right back to as I was leaving. To be fair, it appeared the mess was likely the result of one measy customer, nothing was dried on or layered. I dont really ever leave reviews, but I was really impressed with my visit, and the work the cashier was doing. I wish I could leave reviews for like this for the many other 711 i visited on my trip.”

“I'm a 7-11 fan, so I always stop in at a store when I travel. There are four stores that I know of in Grays Harbor and I've been to them all several times. They all get the job done, but this one is my favorite! They have a good inventory and always have hot food. Always. Some stores don't in the off hours. The staff is friendly too. Go here if you want the true 7-11 experience.”

“The overall store/pharmacy has excellent employees/service. I left Safeway because they kept forgetting to mail out my mother'sprescriptions (as if I was ordering a pizza or something)and I did not like standing in the meat department for 20 to 40minutes every time I picked up a prescription.. Rite aid has mailed all prescriptions as requested. I've had0problem since moving over in January. I have zero complaints.”
