“I go here quite frequently to drop my packages off! Very convenient! The mailboxes are on Cleveland Street which is the next road to the west of Burlington Boulevard.”

“This is the best post office. Never a long line, and I can get done quickly what I need done. My favorite USPS. What a convenience. Lots of complaints about Debbie... She's great, just be nice to her and she'll be nice to you. She does a great job.”

“New staff very friendly and helpful.Been here twice, once in October 2023 and once in February 2024. Both times i was helped right away, greeted with a smile and had great service. All the negative reviews are old and dont reflect the service the current staff gives, go in and see for yourself”

“Very friendly and helpful. I drove from Burlington to Mt Vernon because the postal workers are rude and make me feel like I am wasting their time. Mt Vernon post office is the place to go!!”

“For all those marking anything below a three, spend a day or two in any distribution center, facility or behind the wheel. And thank your lucky stars you have a postal service. USPS is already privatized. The only aspect that's govt is hiring/employment wages and use of govt lands. It's otherwise just like any other business, selling products. Don't think the employee part will be any better with a comp like Amazon or UPS. Besides Amazon figured that out and uses them through an unbreakable contract and got in pretty cheap. And this deal has strained the workers more to overtime conditions fringing on inhumane. Nope, you get more of the same with comps like Amazon, UPS, just throwing a little more money at their employees, but still treating workers like slaves. Glad we have a USPS. Use USPS products more and be kind to the workers until you have spent a day doing any one of their jobs. Have sent 8,000+ packages with zero speed issues and a customer service record which can partly be attributed to USPS's products and hard work. Really love their home pick-up services that can be scheduled and their email delivery notifications, too. What a great company. Thank you USPS, folks like Shenandoah at the counter at Stanwood, can't thank you all, every postal worker, enough.”
