Well i have always had a good experience with colville Toyota but today i had several things done with my truck and it was done properly but when i got into my truck it smelled like 90 weight oil hopefully that smell goes away its not a good smell not sure if it was on the floor mats or the seat cover but otherwise it was a good experience.I appreciated the call i received offering to detail my truck if it needs it. I believe the smell was in my truck not any actual oil. Thank you!!!

Colville Toyota parts- you have lost me as a customer, when I came in to pickup a oil filter and oil drain plug gasket. you charged $2.80 for a part that Toyota has an MSRP of $1.16. I asked about it at the parts counter and thats what they said the price was. This is part number 90130-12031, obviously I could get this for less than MSRP online but I didn't want to wait- but getting charge more than 100% markup is just bad business. To be fair the oil filter I bought was also more than MSRP but it wasn't that high of a markup- I should have said no to the gasket, and just re-used the one I had. This doesn't leave a good customer experience and I won't be back. Carter Toyota Service - I've consistently heard negative things about this service department from others in the community and I now wish I'd have given them more consideration.They needlessly replaced my $400 battery when it wasn't the cause of the issue. They also cleared codes without reading them, and disregarded the concern I raised about the check engine light/codes and the various system service needed messages I was getting when I initially brought my vehicle in. The problem persisted after they replaced the battery, so I took it back to them stating that I was concerned the new battery was doing to get drained and ruined. They let my vehicle sit, and indeed the battery was drained and ruined. I had to have it towed to Spokane to a dealership to be worked on. I am disappointed with their lack of regard and thoroughness.Giving 3 stars because I've had routine maintenance done by them which went fine, and they did refund the cost of the battery to me without any grief.

Why we will NEVER do business with COLVILLE TOYOTA again.Ordered a Rav4 in March (February) 2023.Colville Toyota made us a trade-in offer on our Prius. When we came back to pick up the Rav4 in April, they changed their offer on the trade-in, claiming additional damages were found. Such as a cracked windshield which was there at the initial offer, but the salesman said he "neglected" to note it. So additional deduction. They also made other claims of damage that were there initially. So they changed the deal. Should have been a sign to walk away, but we didn't. We couldn't wait for a new order to come in after waiting for this one.So the Rav4: In addition to the base model, we asked for heated seats and heated steering wheel. (This is included in the "Weather package.") When the vehicle arrived, the Weather Package was not installed. (The heated seats arrived separately and are being installed in a couple weeks.) So we have no heated steering wheel, no de-icer windshield wipers, and we paid $770 (or close to that) for heated seats when the Weather Package is $925. So we VASTLY overpaid for heated seats.Talked to the salesman and he said there was somehow "miscommunication" when it came to what we wanted.We offered to "restart" the deal. Order a *new* Rav4 with the Weather Package. We would split the down payment, take down the 1 star review we gave the on Google. They refused the offer. They were willing to *sell* us a new, correct car, but were unwilling to split the downpayment. They wanted no consequence for their mistake.So infuriated, we traded in the Rav4 for a Ford Escape. Yup. Only had the Rav4 for a couple months before we got rid of it because we want nothing to do with Toyota or Colville Toyota.

The customer service experience here was what really sold me on my first new car purchase. I could not be happier and just can't say enough good things about the sales agent Kevin and the manager/owner Kelly. Highly recommend if you want local business done right, they will take care of you.
