This review is long overdue, I would highly recommend Norms!
I needed an emergency repair while traveling through Colville and Norms figured out a way to fit me into the schedule. Norm himself explained everything going on with my vehicle, step by step, even walked me out to the shop to observe the issue.Norm helped me to recover cost from the shop that caused the damage. I cannot say enough about Norm and crew! I have the utmost respect for this shop and would highly recommend going there for all your vehicles needs.

Norms Auto Repair is the best!! They got us in right away for an oil change so I could make it to Spokane for my Dr. appointment, and chemo. They are so respectful, and know what they are doing! I recommend Norm's to everyone!

Scheduled a routine oil change and safety check. Paid about what I expected, including a collant system test. Explicit and detailed list of remaining life on many parts, including brake pads. Walked away better prepared for next round of required maintenance

I have stayed loyal to these guys for to long. No more for me. Telling my pregnant wife to be there first thing in the morning with the car and then making her wait until 3 in the afternoon anyways. (This happened multiple times) Should have been and hour long job. Instead she sat in the waiting room. Then took a walk and then came back and sat some more. Do I recommend their work? Ya I think they do a good job. At least I did. But the customer service gets worse every time I go in, and apparently loyalty means nothing to them.

Great and professional service. When I had a problem with a recent repair, they happily solved it without making it sound like somehow it was my fault! They even returned my vehicle to my home. Norm and his staff are the best!
