Staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I've witnessed them helping all kinds of people with a variety of questions/issues. I would recommend the store to anyone from a first time phone buyer to my grandma.

There is always excellent customer service since they change to a cricket store! I have appreciated the assistance when I cracked my phone. It was very simple to replace my phone right in the store! They are always very courteous and helpful. I love the family plan! It makes my bill so much cheaper!
