“We so appreciate the years of great customer service we've received from Colville Auto! James and the entire staff have always been upfront and honest with us. One time they even stopped me from having the same work done twice. I was getting ready for a trip and forgot we'd had the work done in the Spring and called to schedule it before my trip.Last Summer right before an important trip, our Dodge wouldn't start for the first time ever. Even though they were booked up they allowed us to have it towed there and said they'd try to run diagnostics between jobs. They said they'd do their best but didn't want to make any promises on getting the repairs done before our trip because they were already booked.They were able to run the diagnostics and determined it was the computer. They even made a few calls for us to see which Dodge dealerships had time along with the estimated time it would take and cost of repairs. Even when they knew they wouldn't be able to get the repairs done for us, they were still looking out for us! This is why they've been our repair shop for 15-20 years! “I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his shop! I’m from Spokane and ran into car troubles whilst working in Colville this week and even while being a bit backed up with work, Tony knew I had to drive home two days later and made exceptional time and effort to address my car’s issues even going to far as to drop me off at work four minutes up the road after dropping my vehicle at his shop, before getting me safely back behind the wheel the next afternoon. My car troubles were resolved within 24 hours of bringing my vehicle in and he didn’t charge an arm and a leg for services! Highly recommend this auto shop for any and every vehicle, the friendly customer service was over and beyond. Thank you to Tony and his guys at fast lane, you made my week!”

I needed an emergency repair while traveling through Colville and Norms figured out a way to fit me into the schedule. Norm himself explained everything going on with my vehicle, step by step, even walked me out to the shop to observe the issue.Norm helped me to recover cost from the shop that caused the damage. I cannot say enough about Norm and crew! I have the utmost respect for this shop and would highly recommend going there for all your vehicles needs.”
“Well i have always had a good experience with colville Toyota but today i had several things done with my truck and it was done properly but when i got into my truck it smelled like 90 weight oil hopefully that smell goes away its not a good smell not sure if it was on the floor mats or the seat cover but otherwise it was a good experience.I appreciated the call i received offering to detail my truck if it needs it. I believe the smell was in my truck not any actual oil. Thank you!!!”

“I went to purchase a new tire. I had on a spare full treaded tire and I needed to replace my other one. I dropped off my pickup and went inside to shop. It only took about 2 hours and a not only got a new tire, but it was mounted and balanced as well. Thank you for your tire services, waiting area and a large window customers can watch the mechanics work out in the large bays.”
